I also noticed that your video tag is not using SEO keywords, title-description-tag is not SEO friendly, description is not correct and channel tag is not used I can fix these if you want. Buyer OR seller FACT: you need a professional agent. FICTION: you can watch a couple videos, read a few books/articles and do it yourself. Having bought my 1st and only home with Jesse as my agent, I got the absolute best deal possible, and am still very happy I had him in my corner (8 years later) to make sure everything was right and good for me. Sure you can buy or sell a home by yourself, just as you can go to court without an attorney or drive your car off a cliff and hope everything turns out ok - I don't recommend any of the three! Get yourself an agent. If there's some commissions involved, as stated, they're negotiable, and trust me, worth every penny in the long run for what they do for you.
