Hello, do you find that pellets fit loosely into the Airking Pro breach? My 54 is new and I have found most brands fit loosely compared to my Beeman R9 or TX200. I have to be very careful when loading as the pellets will fall out of the breach if the muzzle is held too high when seating the cocking handle.

Nice gun but Gamo customer service sucks. Also, one can not buy parts from them. So, when the air piston fails which it will likely when just sitting overnight in a safe getting a new piston involves sending in the gun and paying for all that.. Metal pistons last a whole lot longer than the air ones. I would love to be able to swap out the air pistons for the metal ones myself.

Did you measure on chrono how many Joules your HW50S has ? I am going to buy a HW50S which after tuning has 14J. I know that the HW50S can be set to 15.5J on a regular spring. Of course, the tuning must be done and then the rifle is civilized. Vortex springs destroy scopes. I have a Hatsan Striker Edge with Vortex that destroyed my good scope and that's why I changed the spring to a traditional one. It is much better ;)

Talking about warranties, Diana and Beeman are distributed through Pyramyd Air. I recently purchased a Beeman R9 in August 2024. The rifle was placed in a safe for almost 3 weeks while waiting on a scope to arrive. The scope arrived and when I took the R9 out of my gun cabinet I found significant rust on the receiver under where the scope would be mounted. I have five other rifles in the same lockup with zero rust problems. After contacting Pyramyd Air and in turn the seller/dealer, I found out they were not interested in hearing about my problem with a brand new rifle! Pyramyd Air said, ask your dealer for some free pellets! No warranty on rust and corrosion because of poor bluing on a fine German engineered rifle!!!

I think you forgot one variable, a lot of the sound your db meter is picking could be the hammer spring which obviously moderators cannot quiet down. If you move the db meter forward of the gun you will get less hammer spring sound. You can 100% hear the larger moderators quieting the shot down a lot compared to the smaller ones and yet they read similar decibels. Just my two cents.

You said you might get a big bore. They are pretty expensive but I think you won't be disappointed with a AEA challenger pro 30 cal. They are awesome guns and they have plenty of power for under 1,000$ long barrel by the way. Good luck

Comparing this the FX impact. FX claims the 25 caliber 700 mm Barrel puts out around 90 FPE with 33 or 32 grain slugs you get about 70 to 80 shots. Do you think this gun is capable of putting out these numbers because I prefer it over the fx?

Keep an eye on it power output. The hammer spring on the laminate models tends to weaken. My .22 models power output has dropped from just under 12 ft lbs to 10.5. I have booked it into HW100 tuning to be sorted. I have heard reports that if the guns go back to the importers to be rectified, it will only happen again. Incidentally, I have had my carbine black model much longer and Touch Wood it has been fine. Go figure..........

I have one of those I bought about a year ago for around $60 off amazon. I really enjoy this rifle and it shoots very accurately and has enough power. Mine is the .22 version and it's putting out around 500fps with 13.9gr JSB pellets. This rifle is much nicer than I expected and I like it so much I haven't even shot my other pellet rifles lately.

Nice video, That’s actually a late MK2 I think. Mk1 has no notches, Mk 2 has 3 notches not evenly spaced like yours and the MK3 has evenly spaced notches. It should be sweet as to shoot 👍

Many are not big fans of Chinese made airguns…I’m not one of them and a few that I have do hold their own with several I have with those “Boutique” names on them. One of my favorites that I shoot the most even over my LCS’s is the ATI Nova Vista Liberty in .22 cal. I swear I could win some cash with it if I ever competed with it. Personally I don’t have the time or the money to compete especially at RMAC and such. You need either deep pockets and time or sponsorship and time both of which I don’t have…that said…that Liberty was 285$ in a wood stock with the HardAir20 code for 20% off back in the day and it will absolutely put 4 mags of 10 inside a penny at 75 yards on a calm day. I love these Chinese guns. Crazy that a country where its citizens are not allowed them but yet they can make a barrel and gun that good! Keep’em coming bro. Love the videos. Stay safe and blessed. Cause i don't care about shoot count, with 2 magazines i am more than happy, but i want power and consistency. And you know that fps are not very consistent right out of the box, so would you recommend me to take off the spacers?
