Zero consistency controls, I was really disappointed... They need a true style seed lock and character look locks- until then it's useless for filmmakers unless you're creating a collage sequence.

Not so good of a model. 3 years into AI, this seems to take us to the beginning. It’s high time, specifically for an AI video platform like runway, to make models with face, hair and clothing consistency. If they wanna keep the edge, there’s no room for same models. I couldn’t fine anything attractive or ground breaking in something that’s has been announced like the biggest change in AI. Another bummer from runway. These people must understand that without overall consistency in everything we can’t use them professionally.

And don’t get why this model is a game changer ? Nothing mid journey can’t do already. Beside the other already exciting image models. A proper inpaint editor would be good.

Gabe, do you know of any good outpainting programs for 1:1 images. I usually use photoshop but it is time consuming. I want to reuse my old dalle 2 generations, it's hard to reproduce what was good about them!
