Where you the one who mentioned looking out for condo listings in Spanish springs? there is a VLS listing in Avenida Sonoma in Spanish Springs, however I'd been watching two that were MLS listings in the last couple months but they both sold. Both of them were on Avenida De las Casas.

I just backed out of the purchase of a decent 1900 sf 3/2/2 single-family home (built in 2005) in a very nice, upscale, 55+, 24-hour guard-gated community (1500 homes) on FL's east cost; 8 miles from the beach; very nice amenities including large resort-style heated pool. I just could not swallow the $4000/yr HOA fee plus $6000/yr property tax. A little disappointed, but I'm going to move forward with a remodel of my nearby non-HOA, low-tax, 70-year old home.

I miss Katie Belle's at Spanish Springs.

Being a former Army Man for 34 years I am very impressed at how Patriotic The Villages is. The community really respects our men and women serving.

We have rented in The Villages every Winter and go to Spanish Springs Town Square a lot.

We were at Spanish Springs Monday night. We might have been sitting right next to you. It was pretty slow Monday.

I would never buy or sell a house without a Realtor. That would be like going to Court without a Lawyer.

I was there early last night. Spanish Springs is my favorite Town Square.

I buy all of my beef at the Farmers Market.
