I’ve had mine for less than a month. I used it with a 7.5ah battery. I had to recharge the battery so I swapped it with a 5ah and the motor stopped running. When I put a fresh battery on all the lights turn on, misting too but the fan doesn’t run.

Very cool mowers! Why not start at the highest and experiment your way down so you don’t leave low spots and it’s easier on the mower? Also, since it discharges to the right, wouldn’t it be better to make a clockwise pattern to effectively mulch the clippings in one pass? Or make a counter clockwise pattern on the first fast pass and then a fast clockwise second pass to get the stragglers and mulch the clippings?

Hey, just saw your video on the roof leak on the Ford truck. My panoramic moonroof is leaking too but first it was stuck someone put the wrong kind of lubricant on the cross member seal, and it was sticking as soon as I cleaned it off and then re-lubricated everything with proper rubber sealantfor rubber seals that I bought conditioner works beautifully now indeed

Watched plenty of videos on the EGO fan but none of them seem to tell you that you have to buy the battery with retails for about $180 and the charger which retails for about $180 separately totally almost $700 for the fan, charger and battery. No wonder I have seen these fans at store marked returned.

Yup battery stuff still has awhile till it meets real equipment.

I must say for the height and amount of grass you cut it did cut pretty well. I still perfer engine mowers as towards the end I could hear it slowing rpm speed in the blades, but it was nice to see what these new improved batteries can do.

Can I use this to make snow?

If you run these a lot the fuel savings is intense. And no particulate exhaust. Lower noise. Great choice! Thanks for sharing this.

What is the advertised acres/charge?

No offense, but those are beautiful mowers, but this isn't what they were intended to do. They are finishing mowers. For this kind of grass you first bring a rough cut brush/bush hog type mower in to knock it back and then bring your finishing cut mower in to clean it up. While this makes for an interesting demonstration I hope that people understand that isn't what these mowers were intended to do. I run a tractor with a bush hog through a field like this, look to make sure there isn't anything in there that might damage the finish cut mower or the bush hog first time through a field if you haven't mowed it before and know what is in there. Then it is smooth sailing on the finish cut mow with a nice clean finish. Nice to see how well these mowers were holding up even under completely unrealistic loads for what they should be mowing. Would love to hear how these mowers hold up over time and what maint or repairs that have been needed and the kind of hours they are being put through. Pros, cons, and lessons learned.

Bad Ass truck!! Exactly the way you have it. Just bought used one last week 600 from guy who had it on 2 trucks last 8 years. Still looks like the day he bought it. Can't beat it for home use. 1/3 of price of a heavy ugly "Real Plow" that causes real damage to your truck in no time and will rust to shit ! No putting holes in or under truck. No dealing with hoses, remote issues. Been there done that. Unless you have a business or making money on the side. A real plow is a real waste of money. Thousands of rusted up plows for sale or abandoned that no one wants. Enjoy your truck n keep it looking good!! ☮️
