Hello. I just got the same pipes for my roadglide. With the pipes being shorter the rear brackets don't meet up. Did you have to get an adapter? Rinehart didn't include any in my box. Did you have to make buy your own? Thanks
Yes supplied with the mufflers.
Nice setup for a Special, but 2 into 1 on a ST all day long.

How tall are you ? I am 5/8 sat on a bike in sturgis with kst 12’a at kst and they felt like I was reaching not sure if I should go 14

Did you have it tuned after installing them at any point or just leave the factory tune since it was only slip ons?
Standard tune and it runs great, but I'm going to install a tuner soon.

Sounds nice. Only problem i could see you having is melting the bottom of the bags. And carbon them up badlly because of the heat under the bag rising upwards melting it on bottom. Keep a eye on it

@ 12:48 & 13:12 you can see the cables tucked under cluster and should be rerouted there and once you free up slack should be easier , also make sure they are on the outside of bars towards fairing not tank

I've seen KST bar install videos before, i can't seem to get a good view on where and how exactly the control wires get in behind the speedometer cluster. Is there a gap in the housing to route the wires
I would look at the KST website on their install video.
Any issues with heat against the paint of the bags. I like they are short. Heat in the bags?

Rinehart also makes these slip on in an xl model with the same color scheme. I just ordered them for my Anniversary road glide.

I did not tune my bike, they sound great in person.
how much more louder are they over stock you think? noticable?
There is no comparison between the stock mufflers and Reinhart's HP45 performance mufflers, as these mufflers are by far louder. I'm very pleased with the sound, Reinhart HP45 will not disappoint you.

No tuner seems to run a lot better with the mufflers. I will be adding a tuner with the Reinhart header kit in the near future.
