    Why might it be that the Story of Jesus being someone special is only found on 1 book and even then the stories are Decades if not Centuries older than Jesus and with Decades between people act as if the Quotes are legit!!??!!?? Why do Christians call Jesus King of the Jews when Jews don't even believe in Jesus and if they do they certainly don't think he was Divine or a Son of this God!!!!!

      The Romans called Jesus the "King of the Jews" during his crucifixation. That's where the term started. The Jewish leaders at the time protested the signage placed above him on the cross but Romans will be Romans and do what they want. Outside of the Bible, there is limited evidence of a historical Jesus - that is true - but there are references to him outside of the Christian Bible in the writings of Josephus and other religious text like the Quran. There is an entire field of study called Biblical Archaeology that have provided evidence of some places and events depicted in the Bible as existing and being true. If there is interest, might do a video on that, to explore some of those findings. I find it hard to believe there was never a historical Jesus. There was a man from Nazareth who attracted a following and made a tremendous impact on the world. His teaching of love and togetherness is something everyone can get behind. Whether you believe in his miracles or as Him as the Son of God is a matter of faith. Ultimately, it's up to you to believe what you want to believe.

      @@AncientMemoria writing on Jesus fro. those like Joseph's who NEVER met the man and lived Decades after Jesus. Jesus might of been a real person but not Divine or Son of God. And that's part of my point on the King of the Jews that the Roman's called him that out of Mockery but yet Christians today will call him King of the Jews not realizing they are too Mocking Jesus but act like it's has a positive meaning. Your right that it's up to the Person on what they wanna believe, but after Growing up in the Church for my 1st 30+ years and free to think for myself it's hard for me to see people trust and bel8eve stories in the Bible just because they get some Names right of People or Places and feel that Justifies using Faith to believe the wild stories of Magic and believe what the Bibles says over Reality and Evidence. Then there's the way that just cause a Preacher speaks with confidence everyone there believe what they are told instead of reading before and after to see just how much most of it is taken out of Context and the way Preachers and Apologists can so easily LIE and Misrepresent stuff like Science and again people just buy it and retell it without verifying it

    • @AncientMemoria
      @AncientMemoria 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Well, the same can be said for any religion, not just Christianity. Each religion has their own dogma, fantastical stories, and myths to promote their beliefs. Many religions, throughout time, used miracles to explain things they did not understand. That's not necessarily lying, but ignorance. Remember, many of these religions were established thousands of years ago, before there was even the concept of science (the exception being astronomical studies, which, of course, fed into mysticism and their own beliefs and birthed astrology). You obviously have some strong opinions on organized religion, and I can appreciate that. One thing I will say is it is everyone's personal right to believe as they want to believe. If Jesus gives you peace and belief that there's a reason we do all this, so be it. If Science is your guiding star, that's great, too. I don't spend energy trying to change others opinions, frankly, I find those arguments exhausting and ultimately, they rarely suceed in converting opinion either way. We try to present what we know from the sources we have, and yes, the Bible is included in that because some of the stories in the text have proven to be historical fact, just viewed from a certain perspective.
