Is that a factory general front differential?
Polaris recommends locktite on the splines for the hub side, does 8 ball say different?
Fist off this is an amazing build bravo. Uncharted territory for sure. 40+ k into a general? In Arizona territory? I dont understand. The general is great for around the ranch or hunting trips. I dont get this build or its purpose. It’s cool and nobody will have anything like it but thats for a reason. For 18-22 grand you can get a low mileage used turbo s with dynamics suspension like i did for Arizona riding. In texas i have a general i would like to widen its stance to fit my riding style. In Texas we dont have endless land to ride on like in Arizona so the general fits out tight ranch trails. I want to talk to yall so bad to understand what this build is for. Such low power i dont see its use.
So can you send me some information on the rear a arms maybe a part number
welcome to AZ. now go the phucc home
I I’m 6feet3 , can I fit on the back with the seats all fall down like a bed ? I see some videos of guys use the back to sleep . Also can we be 2 people there ? Thank you !
It’s going to be tight. Stop by a dealership and check it out first hand
Did you guys use after market clips ? I know on the wrap it says to use the oe ones
Thats a pretty sick build. Do they clear coat all the raw metal?
I'm in northern NV and make regular trips to CO. I overnight in the Salina / Richfield area and in the summer I camp. Have always wanted to bring my SxS and explore the area. After watching this, I am going to do so next summer. I don't know the trails though so wonder if there is a local organization that can offer direction or maybe tour guide. PS: I hope that sticker was already on that mailbox and you didn't put it there.
Barracks, one of my favs

I dont understand polaris when it comes to springs. Every one i have seen with tender springs, they are flat. My wildcat xx, yes they settled 1 inch but since then never moved. So basically u need to buy a spring kit if you buy a polaris. I love the xpedition gotta say.
No sound?
Did you leave your trucks and trailers at the casino???
This video confirmed that I still do not understand what happened to me! I pressed in 4 New HD bearings. Torqued to 180 Ft lbs and put in a new cotter pin. I was up in the sand dunes and my cotter pin sheared off and the nut backed off. basically took out my right rear and in the process of replacing all the parts. I have been on a few forums and only a few people have had this happen. Just interesting that you put on with an impact and anti seize on the splines. The pro XP manual actually calls for using a green loctite 680 on the splines. I have also been told to use red loctite on the castle nut to avoid this from happening again. Hopefully just a fluke deal but the loctite will be going on everything now!
Like button not working so this is my like post👍
Looks awesome 👍
What rear arms did you use and for? What year are your arms from?

Why this over a 4 door jeep with some mods?
Before you comment, lookup the price. Keep in mind, that price does not include any engine work.
Loose the dumb background music
Where did you leave you trucks and trailers? Bluewater casino allow it?

Love everything you guys are doing. I’m waiting to do a Mav R
I have a 4 seat upfit pro r. My wife Theresa an I love everything about this car. Not only is the suspension products amazing. But all the extras that upfit adds on is absolutely mind blowing. Being able to have a turn key car ready to go do anything is what my wife and I love. Thank everyone involved in building such amazing cars. Worth every penny. Thank yall
Thanks!!
Do you guys have a build and part list?
Do the tires rub at all? What is the offset of the wheels?

That’s not a car that’s a Polaris expedition😂
10 mpg is a deal breaker!
How tall did it get? What’s the height from ground to bottom door if you don’t mind me asking. I’m thinking of doing exactly same set up.
What size wheels and tires are you using? 15x10 On 32’s ?
Rugged two-way radios
I have the gray one I had a great one
Awesome!!
great video but the music needs to be taken out. can hardly hear you.
It's way too pricey, and it depends on its use and if you can tax deduction. For someone with a farm or ranch who needs it for property work and occasional offroad trails (70/30 split) and can get a tax deduction, it's worth considering. However, for someone who primarily uses it for offroad trail rides, fishing, and hunting with an enclosed cabin, there are better options at a much lower price. For a real offroad trails, from 1-10, I rate it 5, it's tippy due to high C.G., too heavy, not enough suspension travel, horrible suspension flex, and pricey! Good lucky Polaris.
Anyone who spends that kind of money for something like this is mentally crazy! I wouldn't pay more than 20k because it's not worth more than that. End if story!
Where did you get the terminals from
The “REASON” you left your radio on is because you didn’t have a choice…unless you want to disconnect your battery, completely, every time that you aren’t using your Xpedition. Now, the radio that gets “left on” is the radio in your cellular communicator that was “built in” to your Xpedition (and provides you the opportunity to have “Ride command). If you know anything about ALL cellular communications, then you realize that if you are a long distance from your cellular tower, your radio MUST ramp up its power level significantly to maintain a link to the tower…and that link to the tower MUST exist whether or not you are transmitting anything (voice or data). That’s how your phone can receive phone calls…because your phone, itself is in constant contact with “a” tower…somewhere. If that tower is far, then your cellular device will expend a lot of power trying to stay “in touch” with the tower. So leave your Polaris untouched, even with key and accessory switches off, for a month or 2, and there is a good chance you’ll get a message on your Ride Command + via your Polaris App on your phone which indicates your battery on the Xpedition is low. Wait, another day or 2, and then you’ll have a dead battery. IF YOU WANT TO STOP THIS, the only thing you can do is ALSO install a breaker switch, that completely kills the connection to your battery (while you have the Polaris in storage or a “no usage” scenario. Again, how fast the Ride Command drains your battery is going to be highly dependent upon “where” your Xpedition “sits” relative to the tower it wants to maintain a connection with.
