How did the yellow tongue go with your BAL rating? I have a similar block, and I can't use Yellow Tongue as it has no BAL rating.
at the time of building our building inspector did not mention it but things could have changed . I am not aware of it.
Hope it’s smooth sailing for you across the strait

Can you see a subscribe button on this short vidio it is my first one
Nice video Les, looks like you've enjoyed the journey to where your sweet little home with Sue is now. Alison here from Frenchville. I enjoy occasionally driving out to Riverslea Crossing and taking walks at Riverslea Crossing new Bridge. Loved your video from 7 years ago, canoeing there. I've always felt tempted to swim there but haven't because I wasn't sure about crocs being in there or not. Anyway I thought I'd comment for once haha. 😂
Very well done. Looks great.
Thank you very much!
Hi, did you drill all the way through the bearer to fit that bolt through?
Nate yes the bolts go right through the flooring and the bearer, aqt 2.43 sue outs the bolt through. all the best les
Have watched all your videos, you have done a fantastic job, should be proud of yourself.
Glad you like them!
Was it hard doing the taping?
The walls no problems but the ceiling was a bit difficult especially for an old guy
Wow what a job. A fantastic look and well worth the effort 😊
Thanks so much! 😊I will be putting a video of the completed house soon so please subscribe to catch it when it i post it
Hello, what is the distance between supports?
hi the footing supports are 3 meters
Looks good, good effort for 2 days, I'd be happy with that.
Thanks 👍
Loving this! Just found you guys. We’re currently building a mecano home in Moore park beach down the coast from you
Crystal that's great it is a a real achievement when you complete the build. Meccano builds are relatively easy if you take your time and do something on the build every day no mater how small it is, Planning or Building. We are hear to help if you need it.
Love your videos Reg & Sue❤
Thankyou so much
Thanks for sharing the process
My pleasure . if you need us to explain more please ask😊
