Please help, my Steiner was redeemed I then had this same issue, I had to do a ps5 software update shortly after, once that was complete the game restarted and now he does not show in my roster, today I came to see if it was working now he doesn’t even show in myfaction he is completed deleted and I paid good money to unlock this personas card. What can I do???

How do you fix it if myfaction says the card is redeemed, but he doesn’t show on the roster? It’s like I never unlocked him

I figured out a way to give Scott Steiner his entrance in his victory motion without the game crashing. Download Scott Steiner from community creations. Whether it's the Scott Steiner 98 or another version of him downloaded, simply go to create an entrance. Go to your custom Scott Steiner and click on copy entrance, then go to the in-game version and click on that Scott Steiner to copy over his big papa pump entrance. Repeat the same steps for the victory motion.
