@@604roger not exactly sure on that, but if you catch one you are going to catch a bunch cause they hunt in packs

28-8 says “no harvesting” of fin fish so We just did catch and release

@@Thegratefulgrump I don’t want to be that guy lol, but you should check the regs again to avoid a fine, 28-8 and 28-10 are closed

@@reelbcfishing7656 I just checked again. copy and pasted regs are below. Under Spiny Dogfish is says "28 -- Hook and Line, Spear Fishing while diving 4/8/- Open (See Restrictions)" Then when you go to restrictions it says "Finfish 28-8,28-10 Closed to harvesting per navigational closures in sub-areas 28-8 (False Creek) and 28-10 (Burrard Inlet, partial). " My understanding of "closed to harvesting" means you can't take any fish with you, but you can catch them and throw them back -- am I wrong?

You are right, The Torqueedo motor and Portabote combo isn't cheap, but I got a great price for the sale of my dingy and my gas motor, and then I found what I was looking for on Facebook Markeplace for way less than new. So my serious upgrade only cost me a few hundred extra dollars. Worth every penny, silent ride, and a for real boat, my only disappointment is the range with the electric, I envisioned being able to go farther, but it turns out the best fishing isn't far away at all!

@@Thegratefulgrump If you’re looking for better range you should check out LEHR. I have a 2.5 across the water there in West Van. I love it. No fumes and you just pop in another 1lb cylinder when needed or it’s compatible with a composite tank. Granted, propane was 1/4 of the price when I bought it but I can still get about 2 hours of run time for $10
