Kamal ,I am impress with your ideas and passion you have for the BCA . I believe you have a very good future in this organisation .I also agree with you of getting the youngsters at the early age of three. I, myself have a three year old grandson Kaleb Goddard and have him involved with batting ,bowling, fielding and in all aspects of the game. Carlisle you will be hearing about a Jakeem Forde who is my son now 19 years ,you can pull up some stats on the website if there are available I will hastened to say to you that you will not see him this domestic season because a county team in Wales has just contracted him to play for them Apr 23- Sept 17 He story is sinilar to yours I can assure you. We are not looking for any favours but just due rewards. I will make sure he sends down his performance to the BCA to be placed on records. He did well in the recent U 19 trial games ,you can check does out also.He has two maiden centuries ,seven half centuries bowling 2019- 30 wickets two 5 wicket haul 6 for 43 against Lords and 5 for 54 Maple .
