A handstand will never have a swoop. So by definition you will fail. Once you visualize an airflare as a spinning handstand you will fail, even if u practice for 10 years. Once you swoop to the front, u will never be in a handstand. That's why the handstand method is bull crap. U have to swoop to the front, but will likely end up injuring your shoulder and quit.

There's no such thing as a high airflare. I have a feeling by the end of this video you will have some hopping walkover handstands. That's not an airflare. Ur angle should be 45 degrees on the throw, not vertical.

For five years I tried to land just one air-track but I couldn't because my feet always hit the ground first and sometimes i would land on my head 😅 so I eventually quit. However now that I've seen some tutorials and videos such as yours, I think I might want to give it another shot.

I think the "boys over flowers" hairstyle was the one stopping the airflair😂😂

For me when I trained airflare too much I got stuck but if i waited and trained other powermoves n footwork etc it gave back my power to do airflares better...maybe it's different for each person.. Fun that u also have shoulders stiff as stones cause I do too 😅we have similar airflares but i haven't danced since 2013 so now I can't even do flares just windmill ..

Hey awesome vid! Quick question: do you have an pressure/weight on the shoulder when you do one hand hops? I have 2 hand hops semi-decent, but I keep the all my weight on my forearms/hands. My one hand freezes also keep the weight on the forearms/hands as well, none of the shoulder. Thanks!

Yo man idk if you mastered it already but if you are still on the journey I just think personally you are too hard on yourself your form looks fine.
