I thought about you when I got my "bears" and candles delivered. OMG...BBW needs to work on their packaging. My bears came in a nice box but 1 each in a huge box, then candles in another box. 😮 The Caramelized Lavender was disappointing for me, I was hoping for a sweet lavender scent, but all it gives is caramel. I passed. The pistachio one, I just burned last year's a few days ago....sooo good! I bought another one from this year, but haven't burned it yet. The Cinnamon Pecans one, I passed on because loylts of reviews said it was a light throw...no ma'am! I was happily surprised with Together Weather and picked up another one this weekend 🎉.

So sorry about your candle. I can’t believe this billion dollar company is still struggling to deliver packages effectively.

The last order I did online was about 4 years ago, when the delivery person just threw my box at the door, I was done! My candles survived the delivery but I decided that day to stop buying candles online.

I got the original one and the pink one like you in the 40 oz.

I was able to smell perfect in pink today, OMG amazing, think the scent notes of sweetheart cherry but more intense! They said its being released for Xmas!!!!

Platinum is a combo of Chasing Fireflies + Pure Wonder (They both smell powdery). But the B&BW associate says Platinum has 12 notes, 1 being Lily of Valley which is in Brightest Bloom and now I can't unsmell it in Platinum LOL I got the body butter, lotion & Bodywash for 2.79 each todayyyyyyyyyy! Girl What!!!!! I used the 10 off 30 plus 25% OFF!

Oh noo girl im so sorry you had broken candles it’s best to call and get a replacement i had the same issues with bbw orders before body cream spilled all over if its not that missing or wrong items its crazy when we order online for shipping and sometimes we have to pay for shipping its ridiculous

Lucky Girl! I couldn't even get one bear! By the time I logged on around 6:00 p.m. they were gone. Thanks for sharing everything looks great. I have dealt with the broken candle and the leaking shampoo and the leaking scrub and the broken stranger things not even wrapped not in a box not bubble wrapped, I just don't know what they're doing with shipping anymore.

Yeah I thought oh maybe their packaging is slightly improving when they shipped the fancy Halloween candles in individual boxes but no they'll never learn...I would've expected the bears to be in their own boxes and probably since they weren't they banged around and demolished that 1 candle 😮

I stopped ordering online some time ago for that very reason. I always had something broken and/or leaking. It’s really ridiculous. I have found myself buying less and less from them now in general.

I had half my order missing my past order. And broken candles in the one i got. Shipping is baths main issue. Thats why they keep raising prices to. Because their shipping departments cant get it together!!! .

I have the same problems I can’t get to the store because of my health and the store is far away. When I order candies it seems I always have a problem with broken candles. I know the corporate number without looking. lol 😂 but it’s sad 😢. I ordered 10 hand soaps and one spilled all over the box, it was so bad the postal service had to put the box in a plastic bag. I have 2 more orders coming and in each one , I have a few candles. I hate to keep calling customer service. I am going on a no buy for October and probably November. Wish me luck. It’s the people they hire to ship. They need to be all fired or educated. They don’t seem to know how to do their job. Some of my fall limited releases arrived broken too….

My bears came in their original boxes with styrofoam holding them in place, then those boxes were put in individual shipping boxes. The rest of my candles and soap were in another box. If they can do this for one customer, they should be able to do the same for everyone so things arrive generally intact. I know they can’t prevent all loss, but they could try. And girl, that entire bear is breakable, just flocked over ceramic in those areas. So very breakable but very cute and even better with a candle in place!

I hate to say it but I've never gotten a perfect delivery from BBW the body care boxes leak the candle boxes will cut you! No thanks on shipping 👎🏾🚫

Sis you are not alone ok! I’m the same way, I expect a lot from a million dollar company especially B&BW! I recently received broken candles also, mines were online exclusive as well (“Into the Night”)! These carriers don’t give af! That’s time and energy wasted by calling Customer Service and taking a chance on the replacement not to be broken also. Chile they better get it together hunni. I hope my bears don’t arrive broken neither..

I’ve ordered a good amount of candles for the most part they all came intact with the exception of those glass tops. They were always cracked. Hopefully they make it right
