Now more than ever, it is so important that we are increasing space for nature. The purchase of Common Farm will allow us to create a new nature reserve, which in turn will provide new territory for wildlife, create a stepping stone between isolated fragments, increase natural capital and bring nature back to where people live. If you want to help please donate today - www.derbyshirewildlifetru...

Normanton Road’s Hanging Gardens have had a makeover thanks to a joint project with Derby City Council, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust and the Pakistan Community Centre. The previously unloved Hanging Gardens were spray painted by local artist, Todd Jerm, after the children at the Pakistan Community Centre’s Summer Holiday club provided their ideas to the project at a session with Nextdoor Nature Co...

It's great to see a river returned to a more natural state. However, there is not a lot of point if you are simply increasing the food supply to otters. They decimate fish stocks and eat other creatures and are not the loveable, cuddly creatures shown on television. Ask fishery owners and anglings groups.
Thanks to everyone at DWT for all your hard work in 2023. Some really nice projects.
Thank you for putting together this lovely video. It's so heartwarming to see so many successful projects and the hard work that goes into protecting our wildlife. Thank you so much for all that you do.
wonderful video, thanks Emma and Kirsty :)
I fully agree & donated recently also.
Incredible work being undertaken to restore migratory fish species to the Upper Trent, Derbyshire Derwent, Staffordshire Dove and associated tributaries 👏🏻👏🏻 PLEASE can you provide info/update on fish passage upstream of Darley Abbey toward Belper and possibly beyond towards Matlock/Rowlsey ? There are two massive barriers at Milford and Belper (East Mill) that if bypassed would open up the upper Derwent into the Peak District and would certainly provide a boost not only to wildlife but also additional tourism etc (just imagine if Salmon returned to spawn through Matlock and Chatsworth) … 👀interesting👍🏻
Awesome
They play the audio of this clip almost every day on The Men's Room at 99.9fm KISW
Beautiful
Where is it. Bit of basic info would help
Absolutely embarrassing from the wildlife trust - just complete nonsense
Are we surprised? NO! the only thing that is important to those in power is helpin their "pals" to make money. The rest of us can just go and rot, particularly if we live north of Watford!!! HS2 was an ego-trip for the govt at the time, it will make no difference to travelling times and will not increase business outside London.
Nice project!
I'm delighted that Derby are doing this project. A real example of a positive vision for the future of the city. More of this sort of thing please!
Let's hope this is a huge success and hopefully locals can benefit from all we know wildlife has to offer.
Full volume. Heard nothing. is it at the start or finish?
Ahh check your drawers!!
That's a water baby that is.
Isn't that just a queef
It was the chair.
F. A. K. E. Splashing doesn't match video, fart begins normal and ends underwater but beaver didn't move at all.
The lack of shame is truly inspiring!
How do we know it wasnt the cameraman? To get this shots he too has to be in the wetlands 😂😸😸
Theres the answer to if a bear craps in the forest question.
Compelling and majestic.
HOSS
I like how he closes his eyes just as he farts.
Me in the bath after crushing Taco Bell.
Beautiful beaver 🦫
Beaver farts at Willington Wetlands, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust
Modern technology is amazing
This clip will be making generations of beaver fart lovers laugh for generations long after you're gone.
Shit like this is why they invented the internet
I dont see or hear any fart.
Exactly!
Today I learned I fart like a beaver.
If a beaver farts in the wetlands and no one's around to hear it, does it make a sound?
and does it smell ?
So a queef then?
I clicked... a beaver farted. No BS, just a beaver farting. 10/10 would watch again.
I heard about that
This video describes my username
glad to know humans aren't the only ones savoring farts.
The bubbles killed me.
More like shit in the wetlands
When a beaver farts it's called a queef
Sounds like he just ate some Taco Bell 💩💩💩
lets make this go viral
They don't call it the wetlands for nothing.
How does this only have 50 likes? Edit: I'm proud of the work you've all put in today.
Truly historic
Don't know why but I needed to see this
Lol
