Cetol 6σ abilita l’implementazione del Model-Based Definition in PTC/Creo
Cetol 6σ è sempre stato integrato in PTC Creo ed è stato uno dei primissimi software cosiddetti MBD-ready, in grado cioè di poter accedere alle annotazioni 3D inserite nel modello CAD nativo PTC/Creo e di poterle importare per creare, in tempi molto ridotti, modelli di calcolo anche molto complessi.
A partire dall’ultima versione 11.5 del software (integrata in Creo a partire dalla versione 7 e successive) tale integrazione è stata ulteriormente migliorata: Cetol 6σ è ora in grado di trasferire le informazioni presenti all’interno del modello di calcolo direttamente al CAD 3D nominale, annotando le feature geometriche del modello CAD di ogni singola parte con le rispettive tolleranze geometriche e dimensionali.
La comunicazione ed il trasferimento delle informazioni sono ora bidirezionali: dal CAD a Cetol 6σ e viceversa, aspetto che consente di sfruttare appieno i vantaggi derivanti dall’adottare un approccio Model-Based per lo sviluppo prodotto.
Nel corso del webinar verrà mostrata questa nuova funzionalità, la sua semplicità di utilizzo e la velocità con la quale si possono creare le specifiche geometriche sul 3D applicando la metodologia Model Based Definition e trasferirle nel disegno tecnico.

    Salve, ma con ansys è possibile fare analisi termiche transitorie anche su più componenti? io vorrei analizzare l'andamento che si ha all'interno della camera del cilindro. e come componenti ho carter (Nel quale c'è anche la camera dove scorre il pistone) coppa olio, testata superiore e copri testata. si può condurre un'analisi su tutti questi componenti assieme?

    Ti volevo chiedere una domanda di perplessità. Ma per un progettista meccanico, visto che i riduttori a ingranaggi sono elementi commerciali, che senso ha insegnare a dimensionarli se poi nella vita pratica non verranno mai progettati, o se forse solo raramente dimensionati eccetto casi particolarmente rari e quindi solamente scelti nei vari cataloghi tramite coppia numero di giri e rapporto di trasmissione? Sarebbe utile e più interessante se nei video parleresti solo su come andarli a scegliere in base al calcolo della coppia motrice e loro rapporto di trasmissione..

    Ho una difficoltà: quando seleziono il comando trascina non riesco più a visualizzare i comandi di parametrizzazione solitamente ubicati nella parte in alto a sinistra nella finestra di disegno. come ad esempio ruota intorno a un asse, segui un profilo ... Sono disabilitabili e li ho disabilitati per sbaglio? Dove e come posso ripristinarli?

      it is a seperate software. but you can co-simulate between ansys and rocky-dem

    Salve, ho una domanda: le guarnizioni o-ring, lip seal o altre interposte, ad esempio, tra seggio e corpo valvola oppure tra altri componenti per evitare perdite vengono progettate da chi ingegnerizza le valvole o da venditori esterni? Online ho visto molte aziende specializzate nella produzione delle guarnizioni su richiesta (per valvole o altri sistemi in pressione) solo che non capisco il passaggio logico: una volta ingegnerizzate esternamente viene rifatta la FEA dal produttore delle valvole per verificare l'interezza della valvola? Proprio non capisco le fasi e i ruoli della produzione.
