Didn't they made it clear that when sylvanas threw herself from the top of the icc and she died and went to "afterlife" she was scared shitless by that place and that's why she joined the jailer in order to overthrow the life and death cycle? also after she failed to capture that valkyr's lamp in legion and she couldn't become immortal to avoid dealing with the jailer, i think that's the point where she started to go along with the plan cause she had no second plans to avoid going again to the place that scared her shitless.

That whole story makes little sense. First off to jump up now and basically quote on everything that happened so far "The Jailer did it" is reverting expectation in the wrong way. 9:40 I think that this part is actually the part that makes most sense, of course you would know how to break the Arbiter, you basically take a Titan-soul and turn it into the opposite, in Argus case pump it full of Decay, Undead, Necromantic and Death power. That is why Argus looks the way he does. 10:08 Souls. The thing that makes no sense is the fact that all souls go to the Jailer right now, Souls = Anima. Which causes the huge Anima drought in the Shadowlands. Then why can the player seemingly "create" Anima through doing World Quests, killing Bosses and so on? That should not be possible if there is no Anima around. 21:26 This exactly is what enrages me to no end, to the point where I stopped to care about the story and actually started to skip everything in game. "Go buy a book, if you want to know the story in the game you are playing"...

This was the worst expansion ever lore wise. I hated how the Wow story turned out.

Are you telling jailer send nathrezims to the burning legion knowing sargeras wanted to conquer azeroth, or after knowing sargeras got his ass kicked by azeroths ppl, then conviced sargeras to create the lich king from an orc in order to create a champion (arthas) that will bring the burning legion to azeroth but the jailer knew the brlurbing legion was gonna be defeated again so the pawn that was created by the burning legion that was planned by jailer then helped azeroths ppl to beat the legion to then go in a hiatus after of course the pawn (arthas) overthrowing nerzhul who was in fact the jailer who was controlling arthas in fact because he likes blonde humans and not orks. And then he failed because pawn got defeated by deus ex machina Tirion and decided to ally with Sylvanas, then he commanded the burning legion again to invade azeotht, killed Voljin and order muezala to command voljin to make sylvnas warchief, after sylavanas send a bunch of souls to the maw to empower the jailer to get free Sylvanas goes to face the new lich king who resisted jailers control, rips the sky and opens the maw? Then the jailer captures anduin because he needs another blonde boi pawn, this guy recovers all the keys to go to zereth mortis and remake reality by channeling tye power of azeroth which possibly she is so powerful than can do that, possibly being a first one? Holy shit!!!

Man, I love Nobbel's explanation of WOW Lore. It is my go-to for understanding anything lore related with WOW. So convenient. I often load one of his videos related to a region in WOW that I am currently exploring, as a sort of virtual Tour Guide to that region, while I am there.

With the War Within trilogy about to drop, I honestly hope they NEVER explain what Threat the Jailer was talking about, and I hope they genuinely just pretend like Shadowlands never even happened

The game looks as beautiful as ever. Transmog sets are exquisite in detail, zones and models are constantly improving where other MMOs stagnate. But more and more they just show and utter disregard bordering on hatred for their own source material. Arthas is a flagship symbol of WoW as a brand and now he’s nothing but a puppet played by a puppet played by a puppet for a meaningless purpose. The Burning Legion that rampaged across worlds beyond counting for 10,000 is nothing and now the Man’ari who sold out their race and destroyed their homeworld, manipulated the orcs and doomed their homeworld, hunted the Draenei across a bunch of other worlds they destroyed. But they’re forgiven because it was all just a prank. Meanwhile a Horde city gets Sieged at least once an expansion because they’re the bad guys. I can only hope that with the light or void expansion they finally do something different. But now it seems like every problem can get solved with friendship and forgiveness instead of Warcraft

I have no words and clearly will be an interesting story to tell you about this con corporation namely Blizzard, who for 10 years is using big data from our phones and games into creating a psychopathy of science that is called DOMINATION MATRIX ... the key of the future for some dark entities who suck humans souls, is to create a perfect mix of reason and ethics to draw (from now) young souls into oblivion with this kind of never-ending stories that (you should guess it by now) bring front our trauma and habits (displaced by big data centers owned by alphabet company from our phones) into big success stories that give chills and ripe tears from your eyes (is not tear of joy, but trauma tear) in order to subjugate today what can be dominated tomorrow. so what you clearly witness is a mechanism that was implemented by some humans, namely blizz staff and some rogue lobbyist who mascarade themselves as forum fans, who actually RUIN this phantasmagorical evil plan, by accidents of course (GOD hands maybe?) and a very long series of stupid mistakes aka humans@work (we called that in Romania cre(s)tins), hence they name all NPC in Revendreth with Romanian names, they even attack love (??!!!??!! wtf) because this psyhos are mad as hell for not understanding what or who really ruin their plan, so they will put that in future story (for sure) this plan was unveiled by hackers (who you do not know or hear) into what you know as cubicle blizz drama, that sexual innuendo process of joy for some that literally end with the head of the snake aka Chris Metzen (Mizzen jew) return as king under a new mgmt for 7 years (tribulation???) where he must obey and continue the plan of scavenging lost WOW souls that still believe in LIGHT (like there is none else in the world) BUT AT THE SAME TIME revealing who the hell interfere with their plan, so all shit about Zovaal and Co is actually very true (with dread lords and such), but nonetheless a story to be told for others (LIKE YOU) to uncover (its actually all true on Mott Foundation as front, "educators" as such). YOU actually did a great job by mocking even more this evil creation that people actually play online (GOD hand again??) but with this in mind I urge you to uncover even more future plans like SoD, that actually bring the whole game to a new level of commitment, aka player base losing focus and become addicted to the chaos they create.

Iv been playing Warcraft since WC2. To me Warcraft was always about stopping the Legion & the Old Gods. After WC3 you could have included Arthas/Lich King and the Scourge but really they were a problem that was created by the Legion. We have defeated Sargeras and the Legion, The Old Gods are from what I can tell dead? Why the need to continue WOW after that...... Was the perfect time for Blizz to start on a new game, but they will milk it until the end of time.

I was trying to get caught up without actually playing this expansion and now I feel like I want to gouge out the part of my brain that received all this information. What happened? Did they fire all the writers? They have to retcon this whole expansion somehow, this is absurd.

They tried to take 30 years of Warcraft lore and make Amon the surprise end boss with only a few months of development. Whoever gave the greenlight to piss all over Sargeras, subsequently dragons, Lich King, the Legion, basically everything, by bringing in an uberpuppetmaster should be fired. Fired, blacklisted, castrated, and thumped on the noggin.

nobble is kinda blaming jailer for to much. All he did was put in motion the frostmourne stuff with his brother which in turn lead to many things he can use to his advantage. He did not command sargeras, the lich king did what he wanted like nerzul did and both of them paid for it for disobeying and failing the jailer. The jailer was already giving sylvannas power little by little cause she was giving him souls threw the maw. Nobble is great and is a amazing story teller but he is not one of the wow writers at all. It be nice if he became one though but if you not one then only they blizz can tell a story
