Ah enjoyment! Namibia keeps calling you back!

Morning folks.... my childhood playground... Last saw Hentiesbay in 2018 and much had changed (not for the better necessarily) since the late sixties seventies and 80's. Much enjoyed the views! Cape Cross has exploded since the 70's because of seals not being culled. It is terrible and the stench is worse than a sewerage works plant, I know. I have seen people simply puke at the overwhelming smell. The quartz that you saw is a sad reminder of what used to be there... As a child we would see fields of white and pink (rose) quartz for many miles traveling north.... today there is hardly any to be seen in a drive by.... all carried away through the decades. Anyhow, your video was a fresh Swakop and Henties breeze! Thanks for sharing!
