I think this seriously is one of my favorite renditions of the song. Has the same presence as the original song but it's a way different feel. I love it. Electric? Or would that be acoustic feel? lol don’t mind me! I think you sound great and your setup is very clever! You must have a really strong leg to extend and shake the tambourine so vigorously. I was only suggesting adjusting it farther on the toe or possibly a heel rest… maybe a kickstand to fulcrum off of
@@Ms_Killy_KilljoyI appreciate the explanation :) I have drummer/skater legs, so it’s not too bad. This is how punk drummers use their legs on a kit. Actually, they put way more energy into it. Lol. This is actually easier for me than when I used to play punk music 🤣 thanks for the concern. The tambourine build sits perfect there, I’d have less controle if it were further up on my toes :)

This is so cool! You sound great. Does the box have a hole or anything? Sorry I'm not super knowledgeable on percussion, but I'm not picking up on the kick pedal at all, maybe a mic near the box would pick it up? Hearing that "boom" would add so much to this!!
Hey thanks! There is a hole on the other side by the tambourine. I do mic it from time to time. You can hear the kick with headphones if it’s not coming in through your phone speakers :)
