Cumin
Onions
Tomato
Vegetables(carrots Potato Beans)2
Soya Chunks
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves

Red chilli powder
Haldi powder
Biryani Masala
Salt

Today, I'm excited to share with you a simple and flavorful recipe for vegetable pulav that's perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. The best part? It's incredibly easy to make at home, and I'll show you just how to do it.
We've all been there - standing in front of an open fridge, scrambling to come up with a healthy and delicious meal idea. It can be tough, especially when you're short on time or not feeling too inspired. One of the biggest challenges people face is finding a recipe that's both healthy and flavorful, without requiring a ton of effort or exotic ingredients. It's easy to get stuck in a rut, cycling through the same old recipes week after week. And let's be real, sometimes it feels like the healthier option is also the more boring one.
But what if I told you there's a way to break free from the meal prep monotony and create a dish that's not only nutritious, but also bursting with flavor and color? That's exactly what we're going to do today with this vegetable pulav recipe. By using a mix of vibrant vegetables, fragrant spices, and savory basmati rice, we'll create a meal that's sure to become a staple in your kitchen.
When it comes to cooking, I think one of the biggest obstacles is feeling intimidated by complex recipes or unfamiliar ingredients. But the truth is, cooking doesn't have to be complicated. With a few simple ingredients and some basic kitchen tools, you can create a dish that's truly exceptional.
Let's start with the ingredients we'll need for our vegetable pulav. We've got rice, mixed vegetables, onions, garlic, Soya Chunks, ginger, tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, Biryani masala, Mint leaves coriander leaves, red chilli powder and some oil for cooking. To begin, let's heat some oil in a large cooker over medium heat, then add Whole Spices and in our sliced onions and sauté until they're translucent. Next, we'll add in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Now that our aromatics are cooked, it's time to add in the mixed vegetables. I'm using a combination of carrots, potatoes, and beans, but feel free to customize with your favorite veggies. Then add mint leaves, coriander leaves and all spices. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until they're tender but still crisp. While the veggies are cooking, let's prepare our spice blend. In a small bowl, combine the garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt. This blend is the key to giving our pulav its incredible flavor, so don't skip it!
Once our veggies are cooked, it's time to add in the rice and spice blend. Stir everything together, then add in some water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, close the Cooker, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
As the pulav cooks, the aroma in your kitchen is going to become incredible. The combination of spices, vegetables, and rice is absolute magic. And when we finally open the cooker and reveal our dish, you'll be blown away by the vibrant colors and inviting aroma.
