Randomly in Ayodhya station I met a group of individuals who had recently taken the Territorial Army (TA) examination. In our conversation, I was deeply concerned to learn that they alleged that a group of police officers provided answers to certain candidates within the examination center. Furthermore, they claimed that the exam paper had been leaked prior to the examination
So due to paper leak, wrong people will come to powerful positions and then they promote wrong things.
