@Perminus thank you. I just woke up this morning and got 2 rejection emails, for 2 interviews (managerial postions) I recently completed. I was at the last stage of the interview process for these two job opportunities. Just to meet with the hiring manager's boss (AVP). For one of the positions, I was told I did not come out as assertive. Actually very disappointed with myself, but I want to forge on, I have one today and it is also at the last stage. Please pray for me. Any tips

I'm a private employer but I'm really enjoying your content because they too help me better myself at interviewing skills and know when someone is just blabbing just for the sake of it or it's really serious 😊 And is it ok to ask a potential employee for the contacts of the ex supervisor/manager for enquiries if I sense she/he left for the bad reasons and I want to avoid that?
