Luminance Simplified - A Quick Theory Overview - part 1
In this video, we’ll explore the concepts of Luminance, Chrominance, and Saturation in greater depth. We’ll begin with a broad overview of how light is interpreted as color and intensity and how this separation is maintained in the digital realm. Then, we’ll break down the Rec. 709 luminance equation and compare it with the other mathematical models available within the Saturation node.

Removing reflection in Nuke - cleanup + copycat
มุมมอง 18K10 หลายเดือนก่อน
This video draws inspiration from Shonda Hunt's 'Nuke Tips & Tricks: Reflection Cleanup Workflow' tutorial, which you can find linked in the description below. We are gonna see different approaches to rebuild texture that is covered by a reflection using different techniques, including a glimpse to copy cat and the inference node. In this video, we are going to discuss a traditional approach to replacing a bright, flat sky with a more interesting one, as well as a quick shortcut that may help in the quest for detail restoration.
Flare node in Nuke - creating lens flare or lens kernel
มุมมอง 9K11 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video, we are discussing how we can use the flare node in nuke to generate a customized shape that we can then feed as a kernel in a convolution matrix or Zdefocus node.

A presto! Federico

Wow! Thank you very much for all the explanations. This was very interesting!
Great analysis, thank you! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
where did you get that footage?
eagerly waiting for the tutorial
Should get there this week! :D
niceeeee
cool!

Dam, i never knew you can use the copy cat guide AFTER you train on your inference node, i always though that is a fix render, not something that can be changed almost realtime and direct so easily. Nowhere in help or documentation for that node was ever showed something like you did. I used copy cat for a lot of things but never thought about this. Great information.
This is such a cool technique that I pray I'll never have to use. I'm going to petition writers everywhere to make all of their characters have perfect eyesight.
Really cool tutorial! I had a shot exactly like this (with the area light almost covering exactly the same way here). Copycat didn't exist at the time, so it's cool to see the eye control thing, super creative use case. The shot I had was also in stereo and had a head rotation, I remember it quite painfully! lol
wow.. thank you for your comment!
thank you sir
Footages?
cool
Wow. Amazing!
can you show me the node of bring back the highlight from glasses ?

Thank you for making the video.
best tutorial👍
I had a task like this few weeks ago and I could've done it more efficiently if I was able to find this tutorial!!😂
Cool ! I'm happy to learn with you ! Is it possible for you to do a video about motion blur in nuke and motionvector aov comparaison for cg ? Or something for drive zdefocus ? Anyway, thank you for the video it will be really usefull to me !
sorry for the late response! Will try my best in the upcoming months!
Your tutorials are really informative!
best copy cat use case I had seen, thank you

Isso é ouro! Obrigado por compartilhar essa técnica Federico.
Great tehnique Federico. Thank you.
Very informative tutorial i ever seen. Superb Federico, Thanks
Very cool! Thanks for making this video!
Have done a lot of this , best is Keen tools- track, unwrap ,fix and then restore details, much faster results. Cheers.
I thought about this workflow while watching this
is hard to use keen tools?
This is incredible
Fantastic and informative! Thank you for sharing !
So cool...
Grazie mille Federico!
Nice trick Federico!!
Excellent!!
Thank you for this amazing tutorial!
wow. what is this devilry. subbed.
loved the copycat trick!
maybe the best tutorial I have seen for nuke within the past year. thank you!
This was fantastic Federico, thanks so much! Picked up a lot of little things from this and LOVED the use of copycat to art direct it. Definitely gonna try some of this out!

wow such good topic you have covered thanks
i like this tip. thank you.
Had no idea the flare node existed, thanks!
yeah, i see how that can be useful for some shots, just needs to be put in a gizmo for more simple use
