@@quiettraveler2618 Hi, PH in SE Asia are all generally great, better than Ritz Carlton and St.regis. If you search some PH in China, they are also fantastic and cheap, for example PH in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Guanzhou, Sanyn, Suzhou, and Changsha, the last one is being opened very soon next Month. Anyway for Park Haytt, it seems Asia is its hub rather than North America where it is based on hahahaa

@@quiettraveler2618All so called luxury hotels in Europe are just too small, a only 30 sqm room cost you over 1000 Euro, that's crazy, in China, 30 sqm are just economy brand with only 50 Euro per night, and whatever you would see in China is quite advanced and very modern with much of greenery scattered in the city, doesn't; look like a developing country at all, and there are so many great real luxury hotel you can staycationed with, so if you want to visit and have a staycation in a country China would be of the best value.

How are they ungrateful. For the price charged its very underwhelming. Ive stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. This is 4 star service at best. Not close to 5 star. The breakfast alone was 3 stars

Yup. The most luxurious lounges like Turkish Airlines, Emirates, Etihad, Japan Airlines etc., aren’t part of PP and definitely no lounge is super luxurious in the states.

I totally agree with you because I thought the same thing when I saw the room. It has a great location but high room rates. It needs a renovation to meet JW Marriott’s standard IMO 😝

Hahaha thanks!!! I also have reviewed Shilla couple years ago and I like their restarts, pools and etc but it needs a renovation in their rooms IMO. Also it can be really crowded during the summer so go there to eat instead of staying. 😉

Hi there! Signiel has great views and Conrad has more things (shopping/eating) to do. As far as the price goes, I believe Signiel probably is couple hundred dollars more expensive. So it all depends on your preference but I wouldn’t stay at Signiel more than one night just because it doesn’t have much around the hotel IMO

@@quiettraveler2618 thank you. That’s what I thought too. Conrad is good because it is connected to ifc and to hyundai. When I checked the price signiel is charging $414 (basic room) whereas Conrad $387 before taxes. I’ve decided to go to Conrad this time but next time I’ll probably try grand Hyatt

@@yoyonahable Yes! Onjium in Shilla hotel offers nice contemporary Korean fine dining and so does Mingles in Gangnam. You will need to book ahead in advance but it’s worth to look it up now. If you are staying at the Parnas, Mingles would be the closer option for you location wise.

YES!!! I went there like 3 or 4 years ago and I remember how nice and peaceful the property was. It was even close to Christmas time but it was still beautiful and calm. I don't know if it's Tokyo that has become little too crazy or it's me who is getting old lol Thanks for watching!

Omg thanks a lot! ♥️♥️♥️ Well that is an exciting question and I’d like to give you a helpful answer. So… What is your main reason to visit Seoul and what would you like to do the most while you are there? Seoul is a big city (though it’s usually easy to get places) so the location will take a huge part.

We’re going in mid-April, staying for 8 days. We’re there to explore Seoul as first timers, so shopping/ food/ photos/ relax. We’re considering central/ downtown Seoul at the moment but Gangnam is so tempting also. I leave it to you as a professional 😅

@@thangdoz wow that sounds like a fun trip! I am also going back to Korea early April and I’ll be staying at the GH Seoul and Andaz Gangnam mostly. Since you guys are first timers, I have a few suggestions for you. 1) Four Seasons Seoul : for traditional part of Seoul. It’s walking distance from the palaces and Insadong/Buk Chon area. 2) Andaz Seoul : for k-beauty, skin treatments, Gentle Monster stores type of things. (I personally didn’t stay here yet but the location wise, this place is the best to do these things) 3) Park Hyatt Seoul : for Coex and Starfield mall. It’s a nice area, though you might don’t feel locality so much. I personally like GH Seoul because of its urban oasis vibe but the rooms are pretty small… If I were you, I’ll break my trip to two so that I could stay both Gangnam and Gangbook (south of Han River and north of Han River) area. Hope this helps little and let me know if you have any other hotels in mind. I’ll share my experience as much as I could 😉

Thanks to bother leaving a comment! hahaha There are reasons to sit in 1A.. :) 1) You'll be the first one to get off the plane. 2) Most of the First class is less than 8 seat/plane and you definable don't want to sit in the middle. Then it leaves only around 4 seats so it's 25% chance that you see people sit 1A. 3) Lastly, why would you voluntarily sit behind someone when you are taking First class?

@@quiettraveler2618 Then why do none of you sit in row 1 on the right side? You would be off the airplane just as quickly. The truth is that 1A is some sort of ego thing, though I have never understood it.

@@jamesmoninger1982 Simple. 1A is just closer to the gate than 1C or 1D 🤭 I never thought about anything other than convenience when I pick the seats so it is interesting to know your opinion. (By the way, if I have an option, my preferred seat on economy would be the first row of C because again, it’s the closest to the gate lol)

That's actually what exactly I'd like to do! I'll be staying at the Andaz in mid April :) My room was on the 16th floor so luckily I didn't hear anything from my room but when you are in and out of hotel, you definable hear and see it so it is pretty bothersome. Hope the construction over soon 😄

Yes! You can absolutely keep your slippers! After you eat your second meal (or any meal that you receive) the flight attendants will go around and pick up the empty plates and garbages etc., Hope this help! Enjoy your flight!!!

Yes. As a globalist, I got to choose and have them deliver my breakfast to the room for free! If you have a choice, i encourage you to try both because each has different vibes. If you stay only one night and if your room doesn’t have a nice view, i would recommend you to try the buffet. :)
