I stayed at a hotel that took me back to America in 1955 | 1955 Tokyo Bay Disneyland area in JAPNA
今回は2024年6月20日、星野リゾートとしては初めて舞浜新浦安エリアに誕生したホテル「1955 東京ベイ」に女ひとりで宿泊してきました！館内は、ディズニーランドが誕生した1955年頃のアメリカの世界観をモチーフに設計デザインされています。東京駅からは最寄りの新浦安駅まで電車で20分。新浦安駅もしくはTDS/TDRから無料の送迎バスが出ており、アクセス良好！
台風直撃の滞在でしたが、ディズニーの開演状況や各交通機関の運行情報もまとめてロビーに掲示してくださっていて、さすがのホスピタリティで感動🥺…雨の日はアイスクリームのサービスもあったり、お子様用の料理や備品もあり、子連れのお客様も多く気兼ねなく楽しめそうです🎵
お部屋はオーシャンビューの開放的な間取りで、日々の悩みから解放され、明るい気分になれます。共用部は、特に24時間セルフサービスの2ndRoomにおいて1955年頃のオールドアメリカンに統一されたレトロな世界観に没入でき、思わず時の流れを忘れるほど…パソコンなど作業用空間としても居心地抜群で、空間フェチとしては3~4泊の長期滞在がおすすめ。朝食は、ホットサンドやフレンチトーストがライブキッチンで楽しめ、ドリンクも充実。ディズニー利用以外でも泊まりたい素敵なホテルでした！

今回は星野リゾートが手掛ける「OMO7大阪ホテル」に宿泊しました。この地区は通称"ドヤ街"とされ、治安があまり良くないイメージが強いのですが、そのようなことは微塵も全く感じませんでした。ホテルから徒歩10分ほど歩くと、かの有名な通天閣に到着。周囲は射的、将棋、喫茶店など昭和レトロな世界観を楽しめる商業施設が充実。ホテルオリジナルのツアーに参加すれば、スタッフによる解説付きでめぐることができ、より違った世界に見えるはずです。夜は、中庭の「みやぐりん」で夜間限定のイベントが開催されています。その世界観はまるで夏祭りにきたかのよう。子ども心に戻って、屋台のたこ焼きを楽しみました。会津屋の出汁たこ焼きは本当に美味しいので、ぜひ味わってみてほしいです🐙･:* . そして、朝早く起きたら近くの市場まで出向きました。かつて"天下の台所"と呼ばれた大阪の活気を感じることができます。出汁の文化だけでは...

    I decided to book this hotel for my 12 day Tokyo holiday after watching this video and it is small but very convenient. My only issue is the lack of laundry service, but I guess most people just stay a few nights. Thank you.

    You were such a good sport throughout the whole thing. You are one of the rare TH-camrs who went there and actually had fun and didn't cringe at the cute rituals ^.^ It's also nice, that you could film when a non-premium maid served you. So far I've seen the same faces in all the videos and it was so refreshing that they finally let someone else into the spotlight :) I wonder what happened to Hanon-chan, because I can no longer find her among the maids :c

      She still in at home cafe page as Hanon 2 but she graduated (means left the job after 2 years of service) her final blog as maiden can be found on the cafe page as well.

    Nice hotel, but to be honest, this kind of room (I mean size of room smaller than 30 sqm) shouldn't equipped with bathtub, so from my perspective it is wise to have this room without bathtub as it makes the room feel more packed. I understand that Japanese people like soaking in the tub, and I really love that as well, but if a hotel that is built for not only domestic but internatinal tourists, should design in a way that is more inclusive and versatile, just my humble opinon. Anyway thanks for sharing

      usually you don't need to reserve, but the amount of customers varies heavily on the day and on heavily populated days some stores will put out a reservation form online and at the storefront. You can see which stores will have a shorter wait time by looking at the sign at 2:08 . The store the uploader went to is called Akiba Cultures Zone L and R, and is often heavily populated due to frequent appearances of popular maids and events. If you are not used to going to the cafes or its your first time, it is recommended to go to the stores with no event going on and says "short wait likely" on the sign. Hope this helps!👍

I have never stayed there, but according to reviews, ・I couldn't sleep because it was close to the railroad tracks. ・There was no air purifier There are reviews like this. But I think, ・Convenient for transportation as it is close to Tokyo Station ・Convenient for shopping as Ginza is nearby I think.     what would you say the audience for this kind of train is? these are the kind of luxuries i would expect to have on a long distance train but this one only is a two hour trip if i am reading the timetable right. but also its destination is a tourist area right? so maybe its mostly tourists willing to spend extra on a good time before they get to their destination

    Akihabara is a heaven for anime fans. That girls had more energy in 20 minutes than I have in a month. The staffs in maid cafe are all working hard to give the best smile and best services to customers . I can't imagine those fairies doing that same explanation and being that energetic, excited and kawaii for every person that walks through those doors. That job must be tiring. But regardless, she was adorable. It's like an anime girl in real life . I respect them If I have chance to visit " at - home cafe" at Akihabara, I want to say this to "fairies": Always stay healthy and sleep tight . 👍👍👍
