I have 8 {2 per tray} and they work as advertised.

19 watts .. $1 per watt .. that is what top end lights cost. 19 watts isn't much light, maybe good for starting some seedlings for a few weeks.

I have one of these for clones and seedlings. Works quite well. 🌱🪴

Cool white, not the best for flowers or fruit. Would be OK for green leafy growth.
