We drove from Sarlat to Beynac-et-Cazenac along the Dordogne river. We stayed at Chateau de Puymartin for two nights, while visiting the near by small villages along the Dordogne river, including Beynac, Sarlat, Domme, and La Roque Gageac. We then drove to Rocamadour then to Conques, Albi, and Carcassonne. So many beautiful small villages along the road.

We stayed in two chateaus in our recent trip to France. The first one in Loire Valley just outside Tours. It sits in a beautiful green scenery. The second chateau was just outside Sarlat in Dordogne region. We were the only ones stayed there for two nights. This chateau is said to be haunted by 'White Lady' ghost. Luckily we didn't see her.
