Chocolate Pinecone Cookies - Gluten Free Option In Comments

These chocolate pinecone cookies are a perfect Christmas cookie to make with your family. I didn't mention it in the video but this cookies can be made with either regular All Purpose Flour or Gluten Free All Purpose flour. I used Bob Red Mill Gluten 1 for 1 flour and they came out perfect.
Ingredients:
2 cups of All Purpose Flour (Regular or Gluten Free)
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa
2 Sticks of Room Temperature Butter - 8ounces/225grams
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup of sugar
powdered sugar for decorating
Instructions:
Mix butter and sugar, add to it pinch of salt and vanilla. Mix until combined and creamy.
Sift into the mix flour and cocoa powder. Mix until the dough is uniform and combined.
Flatten into a disk, wrap into cellophane, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into oval shape, flatten, make incisions with knife.
Bake at 350F/175C for 15-18 minutes.
Cool completely before handling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar for decorations. Enjoy!!!

    You're ruining the pot. You aren't supposed to remove the seasoning from the pan. You need to educate yourself. Thats why the food is sticking to the pan. Watch videos on seasoning woks, stainless steel, and cast iron skillets. You just cant wash/scrub it. Youre destroying the sole purpose of the non-stick onthe metal. Im not saying you, but this is most of the modern female in society. The want a traditional man but cant be a traditional wife that knows how to cook and on what/how.

    The Japanese believe in superior efficiency and minimal wastage. This isn't how they would do it but simply peel and eat just as millions do worldwide, thus ensuring no wastage! Besides, peeling itself is therapeutic!

    Vinegar, baking soda, salt as an abrasive. Soap and water. I hot pan cleans easier than a cold one. No need for toxic skin irritating chemicals. 🤗

    From what I know of Japanese styling, I'd say this is not how oranges are cut in Japan. It looks like a fairly typical Western method of orange cutting, except that the top and bottom of the orange are cut off to aim for a vaguely arty or creative approach that might hint at Japan. Japanese artistry usually is practical, as well as decorative. Slicing the ends off the orange results in a leaky "serving dish" which is not practical. There was also a lack of attention to detail when it came to removing all the pith that said to me that it was not an authentic Japanese method.
