    I cut chucks of my hair by accident too now I just un do the braids

    • @crochetbraidelegance7524
      @crochetbraidelegance7524 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes I accidently did that when I first started crochet my own hair before wearing my hair locd...1x was enough for me..I let another stylist remove mines after that...the tail of one of my cornrows was looking back at me from the trash can lol

  • @katrinamckinley1344
    @katrinamckinley1344 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The style looks beautiful. To take out the crochet hair without cutting it, just unbraid the corn rows and slide out the crochet hair as you go. This is my favorite way of unbraiding crochet hair. Back in the days many years ago I used scissors to cut crochet hair out from my braids and made the mistake of cutting my hair. Learned my lesson. So now I only unbraid my hair sliding the crochet out as I go 😊

    • @crochetbraidelegance7524
      @crochetbraidelegance7524 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes that's my intention with this QVR hair..typically when I do my removals I also saturate the cornrows base with a moisturizing conditioner water mix. This helps the strands to relax and unbraiding and detangling is a breeze...so waiting further to return..hopefully this hair passes the test of removal, retaining the strand, washing/drying and reinstall...crossing fingers...Just checd on her she said the hair holding up well ..its been 4 weeks

    • @crochetbraidelegance7524
      @crochetbraidelegance7524 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tracey that's a VERY good question. Human nature ..I guess it depends on the relationship. What I can share though from personal experience is if I notice a change of any type, like thinning, breaking, shedding..that's unusual based on having services the client..I would immediately share the observation and discuss making a change ie treatment or braid pattern..or taking a break from installs...along with asking if anything has changed in the clients life ie added stress , health changes etc. Appreciate you watching and your question

    I typically use no more than 3packs for this install. So for this style I had 1pack Kima Ocean Wave and 2packs Kima Ripple Deep. My process for install is to install strands close together at the top then a finger width apart on the sides and around the back. At the end depend on the clients head size and how the style frames the face will determine need to add more hair..but again I have never had to use more than 3packs.. If the client felt it was too much I would just thin it out where necessary . Hope that helps :) P.s. No product is really needed.. I just like to use a little at the end of a style.. Sometimes a spray with a little water.
