Oakville Choir
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 27 มิ.ย. 2014
For 25 years, Oakville Choir for Children and Youth (formerly The Oakville Children’s Choir) has provided exceptional music education and leadership training to young people. We offer three choral music education programs to over 250 young people.
Raise Her Voice is Oakville’s premier choir for girls aged 6-21. We work to create a space where young females feel confident raising their voices in song and in the world. A Few Good Men is a life-shaping musical brotherhood for boys aged 6-21 on a mission to show the world what it really means to be a man. Little Voices is a fun and enriching co-ed introduction to choral singing for children ages 4 to 6 years.

I can only imagine the amount of courage it must have taken for these girls to perform THAT song in that venue. Especially young Miss in the front. To be willing to overcome whatever might rear its head to block her from really emoting: embarrassment, shame, shyness, fear of derision-and to SHOW UP like she did anyway-thereby supporting and in turn being supported by the entire ensemble-BRAVO. Bravo . Bravo 👏🏾
This sounds beautiful. Lovely harmonies.
😍🥰😇💙❤️ i love their voices, so angelic, pure and innocent.
I got this Christmas song in my heart ❤
Love this song and this version.
Its like my soul remembers this song😩
a choir of twenty five plus women singing this is at once in perfect harmony, really puts my past into prospective
Pronunciation is almost there and actions need some cleaning up but other than that. Ka pai boys ka pai. Not bad for a bunch of Canadians. My question is where’d u get the sheet music from? I thought this was a Taonga for Dilworth high school to keep? The arrangers being J Clark and Claire Caldwell from Dilworth. Those boys from Dilworth are unreal when they sing this. So much heart goes into it. They have so much mana when they sing this moving audience and themselves to tears. All of them top blokes th-cam.com/video/jL9XBHPZ7iU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rnWi0gueVGs3t2mX
sweet sweet sweet birds!
Beautiful voices- well made video- it felt spiritual! God bless
Is this what Heaven looks like?
For Jimmy Saville, Yes.
For me, yes.
Hi. I’ve been looking for this forever I spent 4 years in Jerusalem and Christmases in Bethlehem. Do you have the English translation?
A beautiful and apt carol. Let us hope for a miracle.
Very good version
@Coldplay
ABBA super
Great job. Wish I could see their faces and expressions :/
Too bad no more harmonies
I love this song❤❤🎉😂
These awesome guys took me to church with their "Hlonolofatsa"! Beautifully done! The little guys in the front looked adorable with their footwork. God bless.
I love this song. I've been trying for years to get a copy of the piano accompaniment. Any idea how I can get it? Please . . .
the beginning harmonies did amazing!!
Their soloist is absolutely amazing. I saw the TMEA version of this with a much bigger choir and this small choir killed it! This group sounded so much better imo
Beautifully performed, girls!!
Keep in your best performancing
I heard this for the first time this Christmas Eve in Beirut! Absolutely beautiful and I love that it is an original Arabic Christmas Carol with such beautiful lyrics! English Lyrics Translation that I found online: On the night of Christmas ... Hatred will vanish On the night of Christmas ... The Earth blooms On the night of Christmas ... War is buried On the night of Christmas ... Love is born Verse 1 When we offer a glass of water to a thirsty person, we are in Christmas When we clothe a naked person with a gown of love, we are in Christmas When we wipe the tears from weeping eyes, we are in Christmas When we cushion a hopeless heart with love, we are in Christmas Verse 2 When I kiss a friend without hypocrisy, I am in Christmas When the spirit of revenge dies in me, I am in Christmas When hardness is gone from my heart, I am in Christmas When my soul melts in the Being of God, I am in Christmas
way to go girls!!!!
silly
What's the basses lyrics? I hear "Immer eine kleine Nadel" 😅
I think the lyrics are nonsensical. They're just saying random syllables
Amazing!!
Watched this three months after my last comment and still get goosebumps.
You could tell that soloist was really feeling it, great job ladies!!
i love choir
the power of women
0:20 She had a unique voice and stood out from the rest in a good way. She has a very enchanting voice and reminds me of the singer Aurora.
