This is super nice as soft spoken asmr but it's not hypnosis, and I really can't do the mouth sounds or the swallowing sounds. Hypnosis is rhythmic and patterned. The keyword/hashtag spam isn't going to help you, either. It's hard to reach more people with your content, but when you include all those keywords that are #notatall what your video contains it's only going to earn you more thumbs downs. Best luck!

I appreciate the feedback on the hashtag, you learn something new everyday :) As for hypnosis, what constitutes a good session is the persons ability to relax and change their awareness state- rhythm and pattern are but a component, and everyone does it differently ✨but feedback IS noted 🤗

I started volunteering recently as I noticed I was just sitting around rotting and it’s helped me feel so much better, moving my body and being productive + helping others has been so good for my mental health! ❤

It's not an original insight, but I always thought depression was helped by just keeping busy. I suppose it's a matter of substituting one problem for another. Of course, that is cold comfort in the dead of night when racing thoughts take hold.
This has for sure worked for me, and has helped me feel better in general. Going on walks and grounding myself has been great too!
Totally agree with this! And I have an interesting meditation coming up for those “dead of the night” thoughts. Stay tuned 💕
Unfortunately, this has never worked for me. When I’m really in the throes of my depression, I don’t want to do anything. I’m tired, I’m uninterested, and my ADHD is at 100%. Sticking to and completing a task when I just can’t be bothered is expending energy from a reserve that isn’t there. Not a criticism, just a perspective.
I completely get that, and I feel the same sometimes. And that’s ok. I rebrand those days “rest and relaxation” even though they are really “bottom of a pit”. Makes me feel better to call them that 😂

I can't see where "I am mine and mine alone (I belong to me and me alone)" translates into a good marriage partner or inspires one to be happy. Please tell me where I'm wrong.
It’s a good question! And “i am mine” is about being firstly responsible and attached to one’s self- and then, and only then, to anybody else. Hope this makes sense :)

Not necessarily. Else we would always be doomed to repeat what we did in the past, and that’s not the case. As the saying goes, if you don’t like where you’re at, move. You’re not a tree 😅
@@talkwithfosasmr: Truth is, most people stop learning by the age of 25, most people are set in their ways by the age of 30, while 95% of what we do is governed by our subconscious mind, which means very little of what we do is on the conscious level, making it even harder to change our behavior. Any thoughts?
