They always overestimate and give us work thats too advanced and fast paced for our age which often use different methods as well so not only does it confuse students it also overloads us with work

Whenever I do math now, whenever I can't solve the problem on first try, I literally begin mentally breaking down. It's like system.exe has crash kind of moment. Oh, sure thing, I can do math fast now, but is it worth me breaking down over every math problem I can't solve on the first go? No. I am a guy in college now. But guess where this behavior started? Kumon. It started in Kumon. I hate math, I actively fear and avoid doing math - because of Kumon. Please don't send your kids to Kumon. Please just get a tutor who actually likes teaching math, 1 on 1. They'll remember this and actually like math then. And I hated how they prioritized their homework over almost everything else I had in my life - including my actual school's homework.

One time I was so angry because I had to do kumon when I was tired and then my mom is like why are you always angry! then she just got mad at me.One time when I was at the centre at kumon I did something wrong that I didn't know and then the teacher saw then she was mad at me and I still remember it...
Only taught me how to lie, cheat, and not get caught doing it. 95 percent of the things they teach aren't part of the school curriculum. Did it for 9 years and finally stopping next month. Hellhole.
