Be sure to exercise, and at least once a week do something high intensity like running or dancing to blast through the brain. Don’t eat refined sugars. Don’t eat too many grains. Eat red meat. Out of these supplements the most important is probably omega 3. Ginko biloba is great for the brain. I would say try any or all of these supplements and just see which one feels best for you. It’s good that you are focusing on prevention 🙂☀️🙏✨
@@soulfire. i already have omega3, vitamin d3 n medication about cognitive brain function. Its only ginko biloba that i dnt have.
@@behlumatheezali Awesome. When you take the vitamin D, be sure to take it with some fat like olive oil or meat otherwise it won’t work properly. When you take Ginko, take a break sometimes so that your body doesn’t stop using it properly ✨
