มุมมอง 20K4 ปีที่แล้ว
This lesson provides a basic introduction on how to use voiceover to efficiently navigate a mac computer without being able to see the screen or use a mouse. I hope it's a useful learning tool; please enjoy it.
New suscriber. Keep updating videos.

Good job! Slow and methodical, easy to understand. I look forward to more videos like this.
Do you have a Microsoft word tutorial? I’m at end of my rope trying to navigate word
hi, congratulations for this video. Please continue the tutorials on using your Mac with Voice over. I am visually impaired and it helps me a lot. I want to ditch windows and switch to mac completely. I have some tutorial ideas you could do: 1. Using office with voice over, 2. using audio editor software with voice overThanks aloth.
Thank you for your help full clip. I have a macbook m1 and I have some difficulty in using that, hope your comment help me. When I want to read a long text for example in word and have lots of paragraphs between headers, how I can go down for a few Page? I tried page down key, voice over announce the next page numbers but voice over keep reading text from the last cursor place in text.
For anyone else that is like me, a sighted web developer wanting to learn how to use VoiceOver to test the accessibility of a website, the section on using Safari starts at around the 52:00 mark.

Hi, Sharmain! This is Fazil. Excellent presentation! Eloquent and well elobrated! Keep it up! 1:09 ❤
I absolutely love the ability to be able to use Caplock for control and option lol it’s so much easier than trying to press like for keys
Thank you so much Miss Charmaine for making this video and adding it to your Voiceover Guide channel! It was really helpful. I had just bought my Mac on Sunday, and I am learning to use it little by little.
This is the most relevant and precise presentation I have seen on Mac. Thank you so much! I hope you come out with something more in the future.

You made the Mac easy for me.❤❤
❤
Thank you so much for this nice explanation.
Hi, I found this video very useful and helpful. When starting using my MacBook for the first time I figured out I could use the trackpad as the rotor like on an iPhone. This to me is very useful. Like for going through characters , words and headings etc. 👍🏻
Hello my name is charlie I would like to ask that How turn on the trackpad commend because I can not see how you turn your finger on the trackpad Thanks
Put one finger in the middle and make another one turn around it Like the iPhone router
how do you access the Apple menu? say for example you want to change a voiceover setting. what’s a select the option I want with Theospacebar, and it comes up with a window, i’ve tried hitting the tab key to jump from element to element but that doesn’t seem to work. What replaces the tab key? I was also trying to install Google Chrome and Microsoft office 365 from the Internet, and I was able to download the file OK, but I didn’t understand how to open the installer and move around inside of the installer? Again the tab key doesn’t seem to work to jump from element to element in those cases. you make this a ton easier to understand than Mac voiceover tutorial videos I have seen in the past. Other videos it says to use VO Arrow keys and VO shift Arrow keys to go inside and outside of containers, and that whole process confuses the heck out of me.. i’ve been trying to understand that concept for months. you make this a ton easier to understand. Thank you very much. The last thing I was wanting to know is there a way to remove and add applications from the dock?
Vo + arrow on Mac = tab on windows
VO + shift + m = right click
I am a blind marketing professional who switched from a PC to Mac recently. This video was very clear & precise. Thank you!
I have been using a Mac book for a few months now. I have found that using the trackpad is helpful, especially if you have used an IPhone. Also, in voice-over settings you can change the voice-over modifier from control option to the caps-lock or both. This has been easier in my experience.
Dear Charmaine M. Co thank you for this useful video. I would like to ask some questions for you and how could I send them to you? Best
I am a new Mac user, I have been using a regular PC with jaws for years, found this video to be very helpful, just getting my feet wet hope you can post more videos about using other applications like Microsoft wor
I found this video very usefully, clear and easy to understand and follow. I was wondering if you would be making a more advanced video going into more detail on different programs within apple. From this video I learnt a lot on basic steps and I would love to learn more from you. Hope to hear from you thank you !
