Ancient movie

A day in the life of Spoon in its new location on Nicolson Street. The premises was formerly occupied by the Chinese Buffet and, before that, Nicolson's Cafe. In the latter incarnation it was the Edinburgh cafe, along with the Elephant House where J K Rowling began writing the Harry Potter novels.

The video captures a small part of Geography's Academic and Alumni events on the 21st and 22nd of August 2009.

Buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo perform as part of both the Experimenting with Geography week at the School of GeoSciences, University of Edinburgh and the Dialogues festival of electronic music. The performance combines electric guitar and a surprisingly large number of dictaphones distributed around the edge of the room.
