Didi i hv a question...i have completed my graduation this year in ba hons in english literature but I had a supply in 5th sem though I cleared it..... should I prepare for MNC jobs???? Will they hire me???? My academic background is fine i have 65prcent in my 10th and 12th, and 60prcent in graduation. Please reply me 🙏🏼
There's no link between academics and mnc. They just need your passing certificate without any active backlog that's all. For mnc you just need good communication skills in English specially that's it.

Genpact provided the offer letter then reject my profile suddenly without any information. I tried to contact them no response. In corporate world a lot of fishy stuff happening..

99% MNC jobs in India are such jobs where people cannot think about following their passion. They are not even in alignment with the education. Cherry on top is the management who makes the environment even worse. Yet people have to do the jobs in order to survive. No strict labour law is there. And talk about mental health...woh toh gaya tel lene😅
Currently they're shouting on trainers... they're unable to make us expert... whoever trained us they are absolutely useless

@RiyaMajumder After watching the first 22 minutes of your video, here's my take: 1. Genpact would be the best company (in parallel universe), no doubt about that. 2. Your video was the first one I saw, and it made me consider applying. (That is one of the reason for subscription) However, I'm grateful that I chose not to go with them. 3. I'm personally pleased that you made the right decision. I wish Anna Sebastian had made this judgement too. 4. If you had made this video in English, it would undoubtedly have gone viral by now. But it's already making a strong impact for the #expose. 5. This is really shocking after listening role change, manipulating salary structure, harassments for any mistakes. Now it seems other communities are true indeed lastly, life ta k priority deoya this is the most important thing right now, challenges hyto asbe anek but wish you very best for upcoming new journey. Asa kori sob notun vabe valo diye suru hok.
