CUMIN is a necessary ingredient in any good chili. You noticing its absence is a testament to that. Fortunately, cumin can be added by the consumer per individual taste at that table. Not as good as being cooked into it, but useful as a rescue.

Fløtemysost is made from whey and cream which is boiled down to reduce water content resulting in a cheese like product. Whey is a byproduct of cheese making. Fløtemysost / Gudbrandsdalsost (another type of brown cheese.) is great on bread or waffles combined with jam, especially raspberry jam.

Well I have an idea for the pizza dog . They should actually toast the hotdog bun and then put some cheese in the bun then the hot dog then on top more cheese and then pepperoni. The sauce should go on top of dog then the cheese and pepperonis. Just my idea to try.
