If he had turned right instead of cutting across to exit right ahead it may have been a pass, there was a few other faults but nerves can get the better of you if you don’t stay calm on the test,

Just passed my mod 2 in Darlington as well.

I was driving to the test centre to do my CBT when this man on a 900 Suzuki knocked on my window, I put the window down and shouted what do you want. he held a fag up and shouted you got a light mate, I was doing 50mph and shouted don't be stupid you will kill yourself, he shouted no I only smoke 5 a day 🙄😂

Why you checking checking over your right shoulder when turning left

look at the sign before the roundabout , 12 o clock straight ahead exit = left lane , any exit up to and including to the 12 o clock position on road sign before the roundabout is left lane any exit past 12 o clock position on the sign is right lane, unless road markings say different leant, that on my cbt today , 4th one, test eventually thanks for the video

Hey dude, I have my test through Darlington soon. I was wondering how used to the roads are you? I’m from Hartlepool and worried about the speed limits with being on unfamiliar roads. I’ve drove round there and stuff but still got it in my head how well everything is posted for speeds? Any advice would help 👍🏼👍🏼

Failed mine first time by making a dumb mistake on the very last junction of the test route, so I feel your pain! Passed on 2nd attempt, but was pissed that it cost me 6 weeks and another £180 to do so. Bit of a scam, the whole thing.

I've got my mod1 and 2 coming up soon and I'm really grateful for people like yourself posting videos of their experiences, it will really help me with my nerves, thanks and ride safe 👍🏻

it's changed a bit since I done my test in mid eighties , you'd go around the block ( no examiner riding with you ) , you could pull wheelies most the way around as long as you didn't run over the examiner when he stepped out in front of you for the emergency stop.

I hated my mod 2. The nerves, the terrible mic, which you mentioned. They're awful, I couldn't really hear much. Passed second time fortunately.

Had my mod2 last week. My examiner was telling me which lanes to use while approaching these kind of roundabouts. I was shocked! He obviously wanted a pass. I was lucky.

Hi.If u were doing your mod2 in my school you would've probably failed due to doing mainly mirror checks, its not only shoulder checks and mirror checks when you pull away or changing lanes,but also when u ride on the road in straight line every mirror check being followed by shoulder as well every 8-9 seconds or so ( shoulder-mirror-mirror-shoulder). You had a really good examiner for sure and despite being months ago,enjoy the freedom.

Ah, I failed my first time too mate - no worries. Your riding isn't bad, so would be surprised if you didn't pass second time! Just the money of a retest is what bothered me most lol. My examiner was such a w-anchor too lol, even the one who passed me with 2 minors haha.

This route was fucking rock solid compared to mine. My test lasted 20 minutes and I basically just drove along a 60mph road to a roundabout and back. I was completely shocked when he asked me to pull back into the test centre. I thought. I must have failed somehow. But got a pass with zero minors 😂

I just failed my mod 2 for the exact same reason,wrong lane entry onto roundabout plus i also accidentally went over 30mph in a 30mph zone,i was concentrating on all the other things,got retest next week.

Your knowledge of speed limits is a bit worrying, if there is a speed sign, that is the maximum speed you can do, there is no question of that.

I failed recently. I had issues in hearing properly. The examiner told me that it could not be adjusted more. I may have hearing issues but the volume was quite low if I compared it to my Trainer's radio. It put me on the backfoot straight away from the beginning. An in-the-ear plug will be far better than the over-the-ear one they use.

The examiner might have let you get away with that but I guess he saw you had a camera recording this. Therefore there would be a record of you passing with a major so no way could he let you pass.
