Why ASMR??
I’ve always struggled with insomnia. My struggles with sleep worsening over the past few years due to anxiety, ADD, the responsibilities of life.. and you get … the worst sleep pattern that ever existed. I enjoy ASMR as it helps me relax and find my way into some Zzzz. To bring it full circle--\u003eWorking nightshift + a complete lack of sleep /work-life balance = leading me to my own ASMR channel and all of you lovely people. I thought it was high time I give back and help others relax, and sleeepppp. Hope you stay on this journey with me to find a more restful sleep and state of relaxation. Cheers ❤️
