I've actually attended several Eucharistic adorations before in the past before COVID-19 pandemic and even after COVID-19 pandemic and to be honest, I founded Eucharistic adoration very helpful, inspiring and encouraging and comforting and it gave me hope in the future. Do I still continue going to Eucharistic adoration? Yes. Because Eucharistic adoration and worshiping Jesus in the Holy Eucharist has made me a better and decent person in this temporary world and hopefully I'll enter the Kingdom of God.
Don't be deceived...Jesus is not in the eucharist. Repent and receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour and He will live in you and guide you into all truth...!
It's idolatry to bow down to a piece of bread stuffed in a sun like "coating" It reminds me of the idolatrous sunworship of Rome. Saying that Jesus incarnate is in that piece of bread (after the priest made his magic prayers to transsubstitate it) is sheer blasphemy. No human can force the Son of God into a piece of bread.

The saints in the past has to face gruesome torturous deaths because they refused to deny Christ. All we have to do is endure humiliation by those who mock us, and that’s ok with me. What a light cross to carry compared to the saints who walked before us. Powerful!
