Got this watch from BODERRY, which is supposedly a good microbrand that produces watches with good specs and an affordable price. Well, price is not everything if you don’t have a good quality control and customer service. And it is clear to me that they don’t. A good company does not ship a watch to the client w/o checking first if the watch is even working. And later, you have to bear the cost of the return all the way back to china in the hopes that they will replace it and reimburse you for a cost that is higher than the watch itself. Well, if a customer wants to pay goods specs for less money, why you will put in more money to get what you bought? It does not make sense.
Don’t fall for this. I bought 2 microbrand watches in europe from the internet that had small problems. They were working, but with small defects. Both companies immediately sent me a shipping code to collect or drop at a near collection point, while they sent me the replacement.
Well, sadly maybe I had to go through this so that you don’t.
I appeal to ​⁠@JusttheWatch ​⁠@JustOneMoreWatch and ​⁠@Horologique which are watches I follow from a long time and respect, where I got some information about this company, that you must warn people about this in your reviews. Maybe you did, but you should strongly highlight this risk and more often (and other channels should do too for that matter). Even if it is good watch (when it works) QC matters, especially if you may be left hanging with this crap because customer service does not exist.
