I love Mike so much. People tend to forget that Mike was a CHILD. Of course he didn't react to everything rationally. Not only was everything he went through straight out of some hell's fairylands, he was what, 12? At the beginning anyway. Then it continued all through his teenaged years. Of course he's a little fucked up. Not to mention his family was already dysfunctional as hell... poor kid was getting criticized by everyone. He tried to be the person everybody could depend on, but then he lost himself. Ok there's one thing about EVERYBODY in ST (like main group) that did something wrong to Mike except for Robin,Steve,Nancy,Dustin and Susie(that I can think of) Eleven/Jane: first off he was bullied and it was wrong to say that. plus breaking up with him just because max said so is kinda stupid Max: Influenced jane/elevens first break up and was being an a$$ to Mike alot Lucas: wanted popularity over what they had. so I'm guessing that he wasn't the only person who was an A-hole.

Im genuinely confused about some points in both the video and comments?? Liek, first of all, I really love this video and I love Mike very much. But why are we calling the other kids bad friends and assholes and saying they should be held accountable for being assholes and then saying Mike shouldn’t cause he has trauma?? THEY ALL HAVE TRAUMA. Like? I dont think Mike deserves any hate or anything, but I do think he should still be held accountable, while he has his reasons and IS dealing with a lot, he was still an asshole sometimes. And so were the other kids sometimes. And the same goes for them, they should be held accountable for that. I’m not saying any of them should be blamed, but they should still take responsibility for being assholes. And the others were never bad friends to Mike, yes, they didn’t notice him hurting, but they didn’t notice the others hurting either. They’re kids. And Mike really did say some hurtful things. It’s not black and white, it’s grey, none of them are in the right or wrong in most of these situations and absolutely just don’t get why we are blaming the other kids for being a little assholy sometimes, and then proceed to say Mike did no wrong cause he has trauma and people were mean to him??? Like, why does he get a ‘I wasn’t actually an Asshole, I’m just a kid with trauma’ pass and the others don’t? Why are we blaming the other kids for it and not blaming Mike in anyway cause he’s just a kid with trauma?? They ALL should be held accountable, forgiven and NOT BLAMED.
