    Funny how the allegations always happen when custody is in question? Courts know this and 97% of the time it's fabrication to get custody

      Hi, In my experience court's often don't spot this dynamic.It appears to be a area of critical thinking consideration that is missed in most judge's assessment. My gut feel it is sometimes present in some cases as as dynamic though but I've never heard it verbalised. I have heard one Woman Judge express she "knew the script". IMHO Lawyer's (judges,barristers and solicitors) know what the script is (as it is a creation from the belief system they have been accepted into).I don't see evidence that many cafcass social workers have the skills or independent professional insight to question the script that they are trained to follow

      Sorry to hear how it rolled out in your case. Yes, they are 💯 They tried to bribe me with contact, on the grounds i let his mum change his name and abduct my son. (I dont know where he lives, i dont even know if he's alive) The Caff-Cass officer stood in court and lied through their teeth!.. are they bias absolutely.. and I've got a section seven that proves that. Rotten to the core, all female orientated, just like the famy courts.. i had 4 hearings, i asked for male representation however they took that as an insult and decided to get a male criminal law judge for the final hearing..

      Sorry to hear of your experience of family courts.I've been alongside father's facing challenging situations and it can be really tough to go through so I send you my thoughts of love and strength. I'm a realist in that I know that often there is one parent in the dispute who thinks family courts got it wrong and that will be their truth.Personally I am pro children having significant access to the love and guidance of both parents being present in their lives

    The family courts are evil. My children were sent to be abused by the family courts. Where my children were strangled, starved, hit, choked, and thrown across rooms. I was accused of parental alienation. Though there was zero evidence. My children spent 5 more years being abused on 50/50 contact. I pray to god that the carcass stand trial for their crimes against humanity. Because they gagged me and tortured not only me but my children.

      thanks for commenting.I know many mothers and fathers hold similar views to yourself and also that many that don't and are very thankful for the positive outcomes ordered by family courts too when contact has been denied and opposed. When there high conflict disputes between parents it can be complex for social workers and court to decide if a child should have both parents present in their lives.Both parents created their children and brought them into the world and are responsible for their upbringing.Hope you and your children are in a better place now

    Cafcass will only slander dads if a FALSE allegation is made about dad, cafcass will not look into mum they will say mum is a victim, my advice is get the cafcass report thrown out in its entirety by cross examining the cafcass officer and provide evidence that the mum is the one who is responsible for stopping contact, F Cafcass!!!!!!!

      If your a father facing false allegations it is a tricky situation to assess as to what to do, say to cafcass etc . Many fathers have also faced unhealthy relationship dynamics with the mother of their child and assessing how to state your own experience to cafcass is a vital part of working to achieve positive outcomes if you are a father denied access

      to my knowledge cafcass has internal complaints procedures to engage with and you should email them to request changes to the report -list the details that they haven't recorded in their report-you could also highlight these points in a position statement to the court to note their omissions. you could also possibly complain to the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman about the individual social worker (not sure if possible but worth contacting them).I'd advise the mort important aspect of reading a cafcass report is to focus on the recommendations section and to not be triggered by previous sections with "report" what the other parent has said (they may not be believed)

    I did follow cafcass's complaint procedures. That's why, in my honest experience, it is a waste of time. The fact is that family law is a business for all organisations. I did use Mckenzies friend for one hearing, which cost me as much as a 1 hour Solicitors rate with no positive achievement. Cafcass is biased against father, the do believe straight away at any allegations the mother raises. You know and everyone knows, over 2000 reviews I read about cafcass only 1 was positive, guess from who, a mother. This means that 99% of the reviews are negative. Cafcass, in my case, tried to portray me as the person I am not. However, the court did not follow in full the suggestion of cafcass but at the same time binned all the criminal actions the mother did, such as international abduction. Cafcass wrote on the report that the mother was protective and tried to justify the international abduction, stop the contact and secret relocation. Everyone here knows as disgraceful is the family law in UK but nothing is done. I am desperate to get this stained system changed where the safe and welbeingbof Children is respected. It is not a surprise that 33% of children in UK do not have contact with fathers. It is not a surprise that since 2012, when CMS came into force, the 20% of fathers committed suicide because false arrears amounted to £38,000.00 were requested by CMS to fathers. This news goes under the table in the bin because it is not convenient to the governament, cafcas, and Judges also them full of bias against fathers in fact, their orders are based on probabilities not on facts, therefore mother can allegs all the domestic abuse they want, they can kidnapp children, stop concatc with fathers, no one cares. The rule is this country is to create a fatherless society whose responsibility is to pay child maintenance and mot to be part of the upbringing of the child.

    • @MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher
      @MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I feel for you BUT have to say I see many cases where such intentions from mothers are not successful and cafcass have helped fathers improve contact situations so it's not all just as you outline.Little help I know to you personally but the people who have these success stories in my opinion will not be all over social media celebrating as they will be working to maintain and develop positive changes that are often welcomed by a controlling or anxious ex-partner

    • @fabiodangelo5389
      @fabiodangelo5389 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      People are hidden by the media, police, social workers, cafcass, and judges simply because these people are dead. A father who commits suicide because he can not survive anymore and live with the pain of non being able to see again his child, it's not right. A report I read, cafcass and cms were aware of the father distress, and nothing has been done. What about the police? When they found the bodies of these farhers, did they close the case with a simple "suicide" or they investigated the reason and why this father decoded to take is life? Hmm let me guess, no time to spend on a suicide, right? But, cafcass and the family law system has a lot of time to try to portrait a father guilty, right? Not sure you read the top comments in your post, but all we are saying the same, cafcass and social services are biased against fathers. Where did you see many cases where cafcass helped the father? I believe the mother was an alcoholic, drug user, and neglect her child. These are the only reasons when cafcass help fathers. However, cafcass shouldn't help fathers and mothers, but the child, I'm afraid, but the social worker and the family court advisors are not even children psychologists. Do you want to tell me that in 40 minutes of conversation with the father, are able to tell if in the previous relationship he was abusive toward the ex partner? We are far away from reality and fairness.

A McKenzie Friend attends a hearing to support a litigant in person to conduct their own case, provide emotional support, takes notes, assist with out of court negotiations.There is no remit to advise on suing people or organisations.so i give a pointers in what i think could be a helpful the right direction.To my knowledge if a complaint dismissed you could take it up wth social worker ombudsman

    How easy is it to get a molestation order for a woman? Can they just make it up? What if the police confirm no crime has been committed?

      @MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not legally trained but i'd observe from my 10 years court experience it's all in the detail. criminal prosecution pathway is one separate dimension to a non-molestation civil court application.just because "no further action" with police does not mean a allegation won't be explored within fact findings and fact found potentially on the "balance of probability".often non mols can therefore be one person's written and verbal word against the others.evidence obviously helps. difficult set of decisions for the respondent to strategically respond to.i'd observe sometimes the people making the allegations are very good at doing exactly what they accuse the respondent of. Hope this answers your question. non-molestation order Criteria needs to be met and IMHO often lawyers and agencies know the template /script to submit to achieve at least a temporary order

    The answer to your question indeed is Yes. Also, cafcass doesn't want to hear any allegations and proven facts against the mother, cafcass in my case ignored the Hague convention and described the mother as protective in the crime committed. This is ridicules. Also, cafcass, despite been provided with official documents and proves, hidden all evidences and presented a fake section 7 reports. I often become involved in pre-court discussions with male and female Cafcass family court advisors and there is a spectrum experiences to be had by parents in such proceedings, but I guess that is reflective of many different perspectives and experiences of being a man or woman.I've met a few male Cafcass family court officers in cases at court hearings.One in particular was highly impressive in his knowledge around parental alienation and child focussed. You make a potentially interesting point on staff ratios and divorce but IMHO it not a given that anyone being divorced would carry it forward as a negative.Sorry to hear you feel the person you had assessing your case was biased.Often it seems like certain staff just lean to a follow a formula approach and in such cases you can have your work cut out to impress them otherwise.If I can do anything to help at this stage give me a call to discuss.Fingers crossed something positive will unfold in good time.thanks for commenting and sharing your experience

    As a grandmother being there as a strong support since my 5 years old grandson was born from two disfunctional parents, I noticed that kids under 3 years old need their mother a lot more early in life, unless she is abusive and neglectful, and their dad later on. Putting a one or two years old baby through this ordeal does not need their emotional needs. Later on, when kids socialize more and make friends, they can be with their dad more, unless he is a neglectful dysfunctional father who just knows how to play the court system. Society does not recognize this, and this is a major issue. I was an at home mom for 8 years with my 3 kids and I strongly believe that an infant under two years old should not be placed in a daycare, but should be home with its mother or father. I was crying the first day I left my grandson at daycare as my daughter and myself I had to be at work. He was so distraught, looking at me like 'why are you leaving me here with strangers when we had such a good time', not understanding. I was crying on my way to work. Those regulations really need to change for the befefits of the kids, who will later function a lot better in society if they had that early needed connection with their mother. It is just for a time. Jobs will still be there after.

      thanks for sharing your thoughts.I don't think it is as simple as a child needs mother only and some fathers can meet their child's needs very well and so to my mind why would a child not benefit from hopefully 2 emotionally secure parents (often 1 or both are anxious towards parenting or seeking to remedy their own childhood issues).each child and family dynamics are very different so for me it makes generalities such as you propose difficult to simply justify.each parent could have a number of positive or negative associations with their own parenting (or a mix of associations) and often not fully aware of how deeply they influence there parenting of their new child.it is a complex situation to make your best attempts to adapt to and likely you'll never get it "right" and new dimensions will unfold as we are complex

    A resounding NO. 50 50 is about parents not children. I am a qualified and exoerienced child counsellor and family counsellor of 30 years and 85 percent of children suffer the consequences of equal time parenting resulting in depression, suicide, drug and alcohol abuse. Tragic consequences. Kids either live with their dad or their mum, not a gender issue.

    • @MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher
      @MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, Thanks for commenting.I guess that working in that field you see people with depression, suicide, drug and alcohol abuse not from separated families as well? I know from a full working life working as a playworker, youth worker and McKenzie Friend that many families have many dimensions present (often subtle and hidden) that can impact on a child's/adults development. I guess you also won't see people from the families where it has worked and are potentially only seeing what you perceive as the problem end of things as that is your client base. I'd offer up it's very difficult in this digital age to find people saying negatives to potentially counterbalance your perception.IMHO the families who live the positive's will be maintaining and nurturing those positive dynamics and not shouting about it on the internet.

    Hi, I'm a father who's marriage broke down due to a disturbed stepdaughter. When her mother couldn't handle the situation kicked me out of the house with my belongings but promised I could see my own 2 daughters. When I moved on with my life this was hard for her to accept so along came a story that I allegedly was abusive to my daughters aged 3 & 5. When I asked the court for child arrangements, her counter application syipulated the above. Two and a half years later with many proceedings and further allegations of which none have ever been proven in the slighest CAFCASS were asked to step in because of the tender age of my daughter's. The officer interviewed me at my home and when I felt they were applying pressure and patronising phrases I asked have you read both the allegations made against me (yes) and my responses (No) so I asked hiw is that fair when they had to submit a section 7 report. When the report came WOW... bias and partial. since this has continued. Despite me fighting for my daughters who state they want to be with me more and ask for more time but even the judge is partial and simply corrupt. Why do I say this because the CAFCASS officer told a lie which I had proof of in a recording. When we both alleged what happened I said to the judge I can prove it right no and present the recording but they said No. Much more has taken place to the extent that I'm having to walk away from my job due to the mental stress sustained. I'd like to sue CAFCASS and file for a judicial complaint. There is no real justice. Who suffers? The children.

You can make a formal complaint to cafcass and the social worker ombudsman on them and their individual practice.if you'd like to chat through options call me on 07906 956035

The weirdest serial killers you can imagine will sit an talk all day about loving their family. Mobsters justify doing what they do. By love for the family. Everyone does love their children. But family courts endeavour to end these loving relationships. That's their job. That is their mission and it's done In the most vile ways imaginable. Why they call it family courts when their express mission appears to be breaking up and ending families. Is a mystery. It's a souless enterprise. By souless money grabbers. My viewpoints are based on my personal and my clients genuine experience I offer (my 150+ reviews online evidence this claim) but ultimately that may be little comfort to you. I personally don't approve of the system as set up by lawyers to amplify conflict and benefit from it so I recognise how it feels for you. Hey, just thought I’d share my experience. I wanted out in my marriage as I was unknowingly sleeping with a married woman only to find out years later the truth. I decided to leave and the next thing I know, I was accused of abusing my ex and neglecting my baby daughters. All completely untrue and not even remotely/exaggerated stories…. All backed up by her family. I was in absolute shock how the court system ran, I had an officer that just took it as fact. The biggest mistake was that I agreed (reluctantly) with the judge to go along with doing a child course and agree to all the ludicrous and stringent rules my ex would ake me follow. For context, I was a professional working in London, no history with police, just a regular guy that simply wanted to leave whilst limiting hostility with my ex. The officer actively went out to support the ‘abused woman’ who had taken all the money out of my personal savings, set up and ripped her knicker claiming I raped her. No official investigation by police, just lies to the officer….. years later, I found out she had been writing in a mums net forum two weeks prior to the reports to Cafcass that I was abusing her. She literally created all this on a forum as an anonymous person! Very tapped…. She’d often tell me that she’d kill herself if I left…. Long story short, I spent £13k on solicitor fees and court orders broken. The biggest shame is that she has had 3 failed marriages, despite being successful with a large business/company, I fear my daughters will grow up and mimic her traits going into many failed relationship. I don’t see them, it was ten years ago and I’ve gone through the grieving period. On the bright side, I’ve had a superb partner for the last 6 years that’s restored faith in humans, but it’s evil and easy to be very angry and indignant with the bias court system…. Anyone who is unhappy, just let the anger go as it will ruin your future. Bitter sweet

And even don't put in the report important parts of the interview from the father...thereby making the section 7 report bias to one side to the mother or sgo.... if it comes to interview's with minors they do this in a school where kids minds are hyped up and not coherent due to the environment and just wanna see there friends so the kids cant concentrate on the questions and cant think of what they are supposed to say... again making the section 7 report redundant and bias....

      I do feel it is a lottery of sorts as I do encounter a significant amount of cases that don't go as you've described.I know that's of no help to you but may help others seeking to feel positive outcomes are possible

      In my case Cafcass did exactly the same, and also said during the final hearing " I think the child could copy with this arrangement" every other weekend and on midweek overnight stay before my weekend, therefore it makes 9 days of no contact for no specific reason. The cafcass advisor is biased and, true when has been written, they manipulate the report and questioning the allegations of the father, instead they ask the father if true or false the allegation raised by the abusive mother.

    with every case iv been involved in..yes they are very bias just like social services and the so called professional's that work with them... even my own solicitors have defended against me...

      Hi. Solicitors first commitment is to the bar , not their client.So it can often feel like a solicitor is going against a clients instructions because of this factor.Perhaps personal allegiances within the bar can be a strong influence behind the scenes on the actions of solicitors

    They believe them all without question. They are absolutely obnoxious. Family court judges are as thick as mince. Any allegations made after family court application are pure fiction an just for leverage. Lies. But they don't care about that as long as your paying to play.

      I don't agree it always goes the way you describe at all as I have seen many different outcomes, different style sof judges and assessment outcomes but can understand your frustrations if it rolled like that in your case.

      @@MckenzieFriendGrahamFletcher well, thanks for response and not just opting for cowardly censorship. literally hundreds of father's rights groups is a pretty large body of evidence that my experience was not unique. They never do quality of outcome studies. Or studies on how people feel about the process. Big problem is how the legals get paid. They changed it so you don't get legal aid unless you claim domestic violence. This saw an 80% spike in domestic violence claims. Suddenly the UK became the domestic violence capital of the world. They are either greedy or following the money making sure they get paid. Or they are thick as mince. I think there is good arguement for both. Both reasons are likely true.

    To be fair Cafcass are useless, the main problem popping up for Father's is getting onto a DAPP course. I have tried to help a father out to find a course in Oxfordshire nothing at all! Either your not from the right area or like in Oxfordshire there's nothing available. Most fathers are accused of violence on silly accusations, for instance "he got angry and slapped the wall" the whole system needs an overview in my opinion. But no government body will take action, so what is left is broken children and broken parents.

      I'd agree with most of your points but do see very positive work from cafcass as well as questionable shallow formulaic thinking at times so quite mixed.I feel the approach of creating conflict between parents has it's roots in the "legal profession" who turn arguments when relationships are coming to a end into domestic abuse.Often they don't ask if the mother is presenting challenging /controlling behaviour to the father as the relationship is under strain.The family court system has many imperfections and challenges to navigate for any parent.I try and focus on getting both parents to think of both short and long term conflict reduction strategies

      Not sure-I don't encounter many cases where it's been successfully done so afraid I can't offer much insight on that issue

      i know that feeling i submitted media evidence to court for recent case and the judge said we dont need to see that evidence..basically i feel that makes the trial unfair as its paramount to my defence... although i guess it leaves it open to an appeal as il have evidence that was not used in court so can submit it again for my reason for an appeal..

      Refusing evidences in court is a judicial error and the appeal can be based on this ground.

    I think children should live predominantly with Moms, unless there is an important factor, but there are far too many cases of psychologically damaged children due to this instability of changing between parents, and fathers who put their children in danger but the court doesn't see it as such, so for Moms has become impossible to look after our child's mind, is extremely hard.

      Hi. Thanks for commenting. Personally I think it's impossible to generalise and project on to other families your own preferences/values.For example: my children have grown up with 10 years of equal parenting and have gone on to be successful adults. Sometimes it has presented challenges but these were outweighed by positives of equal parental support and influence.I think many mother's automatically think as you prescribe but having been party to many family law cases that have evidenced it's not always the case that the child gets better parenting/emotionally balanced nurturing from their mother more so than their father so each case IMHO it is important to consider the individual family considerations

      First of all we need to understand your comment by saying Children should predominantly live with mom's Already you are suggesting Father's are below Mothers and not capable full time parents From Dad with Full custody for his Child and by the way the study show Children in single father homes do better than Children in single mother homes🌟

      @danbruno5945 i get your reaction to that comment, It's a tricky conversation as often many separated parents can become polarised and demonise the other parent or sometimes one parent has unresolved childhood parenting issues that impact on their parenting.Ideally i think a child needs the support ,love and influence of both parents as they grow up.it'll never be perfect.For me It shouldn't be a competition of man versus woman , both man and woman created the child so that fact of creation should be honoured and treasured

      there are also mum's who parent in a way that promotes anxiety, worry and control when parenting so I do think it is too simplistic to say that just because the mother carried the child into the world that therefore stability in created by means of mother being the resident parent.IMHO both parents should have the capacity and strength to ensure stability is present for the child.IMHO Lots of very positive fathers in the world and a child needs to receive love, guidance and support from both parents
