It does resets the world state but it doesnt reset certain things like killed enemies stay dead but alive enemies resets and reloads and hence can have randomized states upon reload

Hi i have given build info in description. Put numbers around 40 in str and dex and 60 in vigor and 50 stamina it can be less but more is better. Armor Set: Moore's Armor set or Bullgoat Armor Set. Any weapon with Endure Ash of War Crimson Burst and Crimson sapping cracked tear Malenia's great rune for even faster stamina regen (optional for early dlc bosses almost necessary for late dlc bosses) Talisman Dragon Crest, Radagon scarseal( for more numbers in vigor and stamina) rest to can choose according to your build Buffs Golden vow boiled crab or black flame's protection If you need full info on how to get an those items let me know i will make a detailed video and upload it for you

Hi no the weapon is at +9 but its the hit box it only deals more damage when it hits the right spot like in video if you look it hit the edge of the beak almost out of the hitbox if it had landed like on his body would have killed him. I could land on his body but i just found it way funnier that it landed on his flippen head and just they way birs reacts to it was more funnier to me oh and yeah i was not running faith build but rather magic build so thats also a reason it didnt do much damage
