Hi - 8:37 : you should not grease the outside of this bronze bearing! The outside is to be glued to the hull (with some epoxy) so that the stainless steel part of the rudder turns smoothly inside the sleeve. Also, it will probably suffice to clean, sand and polish the inside of the bearing instead of installing a new one.

Buttle tape is the "tape" I think you're looking for. It's like Sicaflex but a solid and can be moulded to what ever shape you want. It works great on port lights and screws and deck fittings everywhere.

Cool! So, where are you now? Haven't you said a few month ago something about going to a cruze for the winter? To the Caribbean or so?
Yeah, I'm sure your confused (even us). Let me explain: the TH-cam channel is a little bit behind out real life (we're trying to minimize the gap) so the material for this video was filmed around October. As for the real time, we were for two months on a different boat aiming to cross the Atlantic with her but the departure was too late so we ceme back to our boat empty handed. Hopefully this decision was for the best.
