I know for a fact a woman can be raped in front of CCTV cameras. Child abuse: Child social services, adopt children, Contraception: morning after pill. Then ring social services and say you don’t want to adopt the child or children any more. If the child or children say to the social services that they have been raped and sexually abused. This will usually be ignored and seen as the child been spiteful and trying to get back at the adopted parents. If a rape test is done, obviously their is no DNA and all that needs to be said to the social services is that the child was stick objects in to their vagina’s and rectums. This is the basics of how to get away with child sexually abuse. Also the sexual abusers get money from the social services for adopting the children, so for the abuser or abusers, it’s a win win. This is just the basics. Fill in the blanks.
