I am a mechanical engineer from pakistan making diy projects for students and small industries since 2013.
As i am living in a country where it is hard to find global diy stuff so my aim is to make things with localy available material and as cheap as possible with limited budget and tools.
My major work is related to cnc machines, 3d printers, plotters, engravers etc

aluminium profile 20x20 7x4$-28$ linear rail 6x8$-48$, motors nema 17 3x10$- 30$ acme tread T8 3x9$- 27$ other stuff support and brackets about 40$ about less than 200$ and have all hardware. and some parts can printed own or friend 3D printer. but NOT have cnc, only pcb board etc little can make, need real woodworker cnc machine minimum, motors nema 23 475OZ 3-4A steppers, 50$/pcs dm556 stepper drivers, 16$/pcs, controller board 4 axis USB or paraller port, 10-20$ mach3 software or paraller port card 10$ can use linuxcnc lot better than mach3, aircooled 800W spindle 120$ mgn 15 or 20 rails or SBR 16 or 20 rails 100$/axis and build frame aluminium profile 30x30 or 40x40, or welding metal sguare tube frame cheap. little better than this mini cnc.
What size mm is the pitch and lead of the t8 lead?

thanks man~i am ordered parts of the machine from different online shop,not sure is all correct size and quality ,and some of the parts is handmade by myself because i saw some of the metrial can re-use like some old machine or furniture.maybe need more time to re-new ，just nothing to interact the structure.i think it will be fine and sure worth to spend more time on it ,but honestly i am the rookie of script writing .so if i am not 100% following the original decide and value,that mean except the "controller" i need ur help ,also some value or unknow problem have to bothering u again 😉anyway, thanks for ur kind again~ @@MultanTec

Sorry dear i dont have it, i will suggest to use metal mount as motor goes upto 40 degree temprature and 3d printed mount can deform at high tempratures

Hey can you give me the details about the nuts and screws that are used in this project. Because yesterday when I gave the supply to the machine all the nuts, screws get loosed and motors were separated from hands

Hey which pin did you use for the laser TTY connection on the cnc shield ?
I am using z+ pin for TTL

Hello, did you keep the original steppers? I am renovating the same machine and hesitate to replace them with more modern ones. 
On x and y axis i keep orignal motors but z axis motor was broken so i have to replace that one

Yes you can ise it for bigger module and steppers but you will have to use a bigger power supply seprately

@@karimal-qumsi4617 if motors have current maximum, 2A and have 3 motor need 3x3A power supply minimum, stepper no matter voltage, more better, i use 40V 4A motor 4 pcs power supply have minimum 16A i have 2x 40V 10A power supply. what more need know current and volt. or other, cnc need minimum nema 23 475OZ motors or biggest, and then need 3-4A motors drivers DM556 etc. and controller board if use mach3 need USB controller 20$ or old pc paraller port or new pc need add pci-paraller port card 10$ and paraller port controller board 10$ and paraller port best use linuxcnc software. simple. and spindle need be 800W air cooled ER16 spindle 100-120$ lot better torgue and silent than hand router and better bearing and accurate than router.

@@erossutrisno yes i have connected two steppers and it performs fine just need to increase the current upto 1.5amps for y axis driver which is connected with two steppers

Where lm8uu 2-2 peace goes it has a little play and doesnot stay in the 3d model. What can i do? How can i make them to be strongly in the hole? Thank you.

horrible. Las medidas de las varillas y perfiles de aluminio están mal. Compré las cosas y ahora tengo que ver como rediseñala porque hay fallas en las medidas que están en el video. Le doy un No me gusta la video por eso.

Hello, please answer if you will have time. In your parts list there is no 2*180mm main table connecting aluminum profiles, am i right?
It is not necessary to use a specific number of profiles for table. You just have to make the width of 180mm, so you can use either one profile of 20100 and one 2080 or 3 profiles of 2060 or any other combination which is available to you. Hope you can understand if still you have any confusion please let me know

@@giorgimikashavidze4147 usually 40% to 60% is fine but it all depends on your filament type and quality of filament
Normal ple, the mand largest peace i was thinking to print 40% but ill increase to 60$.

Hello , I had a enquiry the bearing holdings that you provided in stl files are for lm10uu , while in video you say we need to tap lm8uu bearings . Can you clarify this please ?
Its lm10uu bearings on y axis and x axis may be by mistake i said it lm8uu.

@@fredrezfield1629 there are many possible problems, i dont know which board you are using, how is your connections, what are your motor outputs, either your plugins are installed or not. So its is very difficult to tell you without these details
@@MultanTec which board? the motor is the computer right? the drives are gecko202 and they're all RED should they be green and i have no numbers on X or Y or Z
