Hi po sir. Thanks for the thorough explanation. I just want to ask, hindi ba kasali ang kindergarten sa mga rate nato? Kasi puros grade 1 lang kasi sa examples, lalo na sa cohort survival rate at completion rate. Diba start start lahat sa kinder? Kasi yun ang start ng lrn ng mga bata?
