My first "car" was a 1967 Chevy pickup. When I was 9 yrs old I told my dad I would buy it from him when I grew up. I bought it from him when I turned 15. I also learned how to drive in that pickup when I was 8 yrs old.
Nice rides. But damn it drives me bonkers when someone calls an ENGINE a motor. Yes it is in common use now and are synonymous. And no, I am not an engineer but a retired machinist. But today we do have electric cars and the term motor is correct. Would you call a Tesla's electric motors in those cars "engines"? I doubt it.
The Datsun 280Z brought back memories. I miss that car.

It’s not a 64 brother. That’s either a 65 or 66. The 64 doesn’t have gills on the front side panels.
