I think this transitional design lack cohesiveness . The color & material choice & furnitures / staging failed to enhance each other , just a huge clashed. What a pity as some of the material / pieces chosen were costly ….

Thank you for your interest in our exterior remodel of this suburban office. In 2016 the project cost was $200k in 20203 dollars this project could easily top $300k. The primary objective of the project was to cosmetically enhance this office exterior & add architectural details. This was accomplished by ~ create and install a new color palette to compliment the company logo, remove & replace outdated stone with a more contemporary stone, upgrade & add to landscaping near front entrance, remove & replace inefficient windows, add metal roof details on first & second floor.

Beautiful but not very functional. A breeze between a garage and a house should make it possible to walk between them without subjecting yourself to the elements. I guess if you owned this place, you could just have the chauffeur pull up to your door.
Thank you for your comment. You may have missed it in the video but the home also has a 3 car attached garage. The project we're highlighting in this video the design-build construction of a new detached 3 car garage that includes a workshop and a bathroom for the pool. The breezeway is multipurposed in that it creates a functional and architecturally interesting transition from the home to the backyard. The front of the home does not have a porch so the breeze way also serves as a porch adding to the curb appeal of the home. @@theclearycompany It's a beautiful property and I love the design of the breezeway, but I still think that a breezeway should have entrances to both of the buildings that it connects.
Where to get this house plan?
Seems like design build will sit down and do therapy with you to calm your feelings and do a good job but it will cost two times than a regular contractor or something like that.. seems like design build is a marketing term where the contractor comes in tow with their architect and designer but overcharge you for it perhaps..
